Most important parts are safety issues legally. On street food tends right in front of the restaurant who pays their rent and insurance is not fair with no manners. Everything has to be legally agreed to sell for safety reasons. None of them can take any responsibility for emergencies if it happens. This is why what you do must have insurance and liability insurance for your business.
