@@agileassassin2138 It depends what your goals are brotha! But in general, a white belt mentality and a growth mindset. Always seek to learn and go into training every day with a specific goal in mind. I highly recommend the book "The Art of Learning." He was a chess champion and martial arts champion and talks about how no matter what you do, the process of mastery is very similar. I'll incorporate him into one of my next videos, but it'll be a very condensed version of his message. I wish you all the best my friend, martial arts is an amazing journey!
