Much of what he says is not genuine. But it’s always intentional. He’s a man who understands that psychological warfare is necessary to achieve an edge over an opponent. I do think that at some point he realized that he’s not as skilled as he thought he was, and at that point his aspirations shifted to wealth and wealth alone, and being a polarizing character can achieve that. He doesn’t even have to win anymore.

It is very sad. If you didn't admire Conor back when he was on top you were simply jealous of him. Now he's kind of pathetic. Don't get me wrong; I'd be mad asl too if my leg broke during the most important fight of my life, but the way he brought Dustin's wife into it and the grabbing of the gloves while Conor was on his back seemed desperate and pathetic. No excuses bc he's a grown man but he should've had at least 2-3 fights before jumping to Dustin after 3 years out of the octagon like Dustin isn't an elite fighter and probably the best in the light weight. Just stupid and disappointing all round tbh.

Conor always talked a big game but back in the day he was always very playful and charming with it. There was humor and witty one-liners. Now it's turned into pure hatred. Watch the press conference for his trilogy with Poirier. It's like he's trying to put that old costume back on but it just doesn't fit the same. Like he's literally out of touch with himself. I fear we've yet to see the worst... he's out boozing all the time and doing whatnot. Spot on this whole video, I'd disagree with how you showed a clip of mcregor talking to joe when he broke his ankle/shin and you say, "his ego deflects his personal blame and says all his recent losses are flukes". The first fight with Dustin was a clear win by Dustin. The second fight McGregor had alot of good strikes. I put it 50/50 until he broke his leg. So if you break your leg during a fight, competition, etc, its reasonable to hate the fact that someone else one because your bone broke vs you quitting, getting tapped out, or TKO'ed.

No Preston seriously look at Conor now compare to Conair 4 5 years ago, he's right Conor takin cocaine and not a g per night more like he buys for everyone and doesn't count how much grams he's taking, look at his behaviors when he jumped into bellator octagon to assault ref Marc Goddard, and when he was at the Aldo press conference to those after, hand gesture and all Conor is the jean Claude van Damme in MMA in absolutely on cocaine and take way more than Jon Jones i promises, and i still go to party and know many people who take that stuff, i know when a person is on cocaine lol

People say Connor’s lack of care and “hunger” for the sport is what caused his downfall, well in part that is true but it’s essentially the complete OPPOSITE. Porrier, mendes, aldo, and Alvarez, look at the lead up to those fights, well yes he obviously cared deeply about what the fight meant, but he didn’t give even a second thought to his opponents, didint even see a slight danger in them at all, he DIDINT CARE ABOUT HIS OPPONENTS, they were all nothing to him. When he lost to kabib it was because he cared SO MUCH about not losing and how much he hated him, it cost him the fight.

I think a warrior that already achieved everything he wanted got nothing less to fight for, and when Conor tried to gain new motivations to continue he was already full of hatred towards khabib for taking away his spot as the champ and proving himself to be the superior fighter. So all this hatred and will for revenge consumed him, it turned him weak and you can see how badly it’s effected his skills in the octagon. I still love Conor and I will always admire him for the things he achieved in this amazing sport and I wish one day he will get his redemption.
