Thank you for checking this one out. I think that would be a pretty cool idea to do with a guitar. Would make a pretty unique design. Glad you enjoyed them and i figured this would hit alittle differently from the others as this has a more proggy aspect to it. Theyre still pretty new to me but ive been enjoying them so far. This new album they just released has a mix of all kinds of stuff on it and my favorite song from the new album is probably the song "Side Of A Bullet" at over 9 minutes long, followed by this song Brave New World Revisited. I knew you were going to comment on the vocals as Kimi has kind of a love or hate style of vocals and yes it is the bass player that does the growling. Ive seen videos of this band live and her vocals come pretty close to how they sound studio wise Bridear has a new song/music video coming out this sunday called "Eyes of Doubt" and im looking forward to it. Mabye you should check that one out next as it will be hot of the press lol. Bridear formed in 2012 and has had a few lineup changes over the years, so there style has changed alittle over the years. They started out as a combination of Metalcore and Power Metal and have developed a more proggy and less power metal sound over the years
I also like the singer better without the effect on her voice (whatever it is) and to me she sounds better live. Although it's one of those things that one gets used to. I really have a soft spot for this band. They never really had a big break but still managed to keep going for about 11 years at this point. Btw, rather than the bass being a surfboard, I think it's a case of the bassist being very small 😆 Oh yeah, and that's a G-Life guitar Ayumi, the guitarist on the right, uses here.
Thanks for taking the time and effort to react to this, Bridear had several tours cancelled due to Covid so to finance the European and UK tour they had a Crowdfundng campaign and part of that was put to making this song and video and the rest was to get them on the tour. They also came back again after that tour was successful to promote their new album Aegis of Athena (which is rather good) and recorded a live show and album in London called Aegis Of London (also rather good , kind of a theme with them) and one of the tracks is the live version of this song which you might prefer? czcams.com/video/xZ84VyCjJII/video.html Bridear have had well a lot of bad luck in their time having to replace the drummer and three guitarists with the only two original members being Kimi the Vocalist and Haru the bassist. But they are still in there and making quality music with a new video tomorrow czcams.com/video/_oNn9Wg-vNQ/video.html Here is a track from the original line up 9 years ago czcams.com/video/enbjKqMOTe4/video.html
They are very good live
Fabulous band. Thanks for reacting to Bridear. The ladies are very active on social media so I'm sure they'll get to hear your thoughts 😁

Side of a Bullet is so good!
@@ooobydoob3786 yea that's my fav of the new album. Absolutely love it 🤘
Their new video comes out tomorrow in just over 25 hours. The trailer for it hits hard. Title is Eyes of Doubt
definately check out some of their older stuff too, Light in the Dark is awesome
Check their song "scream" live.
Hi, thanks for reacting to Bridear. I think it's G-life guitar (probably G-Phoenix series)
Their new album "Born Again" is coming out on June 28. Watch for it. I've heard parts of it and it's a huge album.
I also like the singer better without the effect on her voice (whatever it is) and to me she sounds better live. Although it's one of those things that one gets used to.

Yeah Haru is only 5’ tall
I could be wrong, but I think the woman's guitar you like is a Dean. Similar in looks to a PRS.
This is a music video to present a new song. It is not a live concert recording. This song has Lovebites/Band Maid level.
