Nadia, it is easy to beat ourselves up about what we say that our kids pick up but remember that we are human and have feelings too. Think of all the good things we say that have a positive influence on them xx

Ooh-I love allen keys and flat packs-I know I’m not alone! Great body image podcast-going back into that headspace of being 13 and feeling awkward and unattractive and unhappy with yourself is really powerful. Thanks for having the boys perspective too.

Vegan diet if just fresh plant based (no packaged and processed vegan goods) is great, but beware of the toxic sugar involved to compensate for meat and dairy. The coconut yoghurts can be really high in sugar as can cereals, High carbs = High sugar and it’s sugar that feeds cancers. I read somewhere that the only thing as babies we crave for is sugar, so just being vegan isn’t necessarily the hierarchy of all that is good, only if it’s very low sugar too.

I have loved this podcast since the grand reveal! It only made sense that someone would want you in their line up after hearing your "How To Stay Married (So Far)" and other social media gems! The only problem I have is I can't seem to find where I leave a review! I have looked via my phone and my laptop in my apple podcasts and I can't find the right area. I can read them but cannot find where to submit. Help! LOL

how do make the granola ?
Make spag bol with onions peppers and mushrooms use a spoonful of tamari to add more umami the taste is in the garlic and herbs not the greasy mince, no difference in the taste.

My daughter is allergic to dairy and eggs and hates meat so she is basically vegan. She is only 3! I have become a vegan expert now looking out for all kinds of things that she would have. That coconut yoghurt is the best but yes very expensive 😫 I wish I had Marks motivation/determination when it came to exercise. I did the body coach plan in 2014 and was very successful but a child later and it’s gone to pot 🙄 Nadia.. the Irish accent for Father Christmas had me laughing out loud! 😂 Body image will forever be a subject that never goes away. Why is it so easy to talk negatively about ourselves and others and not see the good? Amazing that you are all speaking so openly and honestly about it. Xxx 😘

Have you tried the vegan Ben & Jerrys chocolate fudge brownie ice cream it’s lovely and there’s several different flavours, the Booja Booja Hazelnut chocolate ice cream is even better and healthier, you can get it in Holland & Barrett or Ocado. There’s also vegan deserts and cakes in the supermarkets and Easter Eggs now, just check online. Try the vegan Galaxy chocolate bars, they’re on offer in Tesco’s. Why don’t you do a spag Bol with quorn mince or their meat balls. Try Richmond meat free sausages, they’re just like meat and the Beyond Meat burgers, the Vivera mock meats are really realistic and the various vegan sausage rolls, you can get all these in most supermarkets.

I relate to Dina because when I eat meat especially pig, the guilt makes me feel super anxious and I have a feeling like I’ve let myself down. I feel better for having eaten veggie. I think you should always eat animals that you could kill yourself, and I could kill a chicken and a fish, so I wouldn’t feel bad to eat them. It’s pork that’s my temptation. People feel really healthy on vegan diets at first because they usually gone from really unhealthy to super healthy but after a month you will crave sugar in the mornings because you are desperate for energy and long term it’s very hard not to constant feel hungry. And sometimes vegan food involves a lot of important Ed ingredients from around the world so not eco friendly
