The reason for Christians taking the decorations down on the 12th night is remembrance for the babies that were killed on the 12th night after Jesus was born.

Mark, like you said about struggling to find the big characters, love island will eventually go the way of big brother where less and less diverse characters were cast and less and less people watched it.
I know why the most search desert is parfait:. They are often suggested on keto diets. There are yogurt parfaits.

Nadia don’t worry about the carbs, you’re not eating saturated animal fat, animal products are more calorie dense. The problem arises when you mix carbs with saturated animal fat, when you cut out one or the other you lose weight, you’re essentially on a low fat diet. You will still lose weight even though you’re eating lots of carbs, if you’re really worried switch to gluten free, then you’ll lose loads of weight. The farting will eventually stop 🤣 it’s just your gut bacteria growing in diversity and numbers to deal with the new foods.

By the way, have you seen the pretty white trees that look like they're made of twigs (I think they have wire branches wrapped in paper or similar)? You can get them in different sizes and they look lovely styled for different occasions or seasonally. I just thought one of them would be a good focal point if you do take your Christmas tree down.. Xx
I want to give up meat and move towards a plant based diet but I have Crohn’s disease and cannot have a high fibre diet. Does anyone have the same dilemma

L H time to edit - testing recipes ingredients - shooting on top class camera for food -
L H in fact the entire channel costs us A LOT of money - and this is one way to somehow break even - or we would have to stop the amount and range we put out
L H no - just explaining - my time spent is encroaching on other commitments - so we are trying to gently and cheaply and unobtrusively make up some of the short fall ... all good to ask ../ 👍👍

Cold water swimming/immersing . I’ve been reading and listening about. Seems to have these amazing benefits. Apparently menopause advantages for women. But things like arthritis and many other invigorating gains. Like resetting our bodies lowering blood pressures etc. Perhaps metabolism and other things to do with our systems may profit? I always found jogging on cold crisp days far more agreeable than warmer days. The Serpentine looks nice and is used daily but then it’s all the duck and swan pooh that makes me concerned.

The farting subsided the more protein and green cruciferous veg, and loooooots if water. But don’t worry I eat too many carbs, i buy linwoods milled seeds packets. You can add it to yoghurt, porridge, and salad, some packets you can add to casserole and other hot meals. Nutrient packed 👍🏻 also, try engevita.

I’ve been giving into sugar cravingssince before xmas as I was worried about an appeal, so stress eating. Cut to now when I’ve won the appeal (🎉🎉🎉🎉) but still stuffing my face. I’m not worried about my budding food baby, it’s my skin! I’m gonna try herbal remedies as that’s worked in the past 👍🏻

Hello, can I offer some info on superstition. If you believe if you do something that can alter your future, then without real understanding you are accepting that there is something beyond us, an intelligence that will allow you to create your future by your thoughts and actions. A bit like moving players on the chess board. The question is what is it that is listening and measuring what you do? What metaphysical highway is that information travelling on and to what?
