Highway 407 Needs To Be Open To Public Traffic

Here is a video of Highway #407 in Southern Ontario during a normal rush hour period...Wednesday @ 5pm.
As you can see, it is mostly empty.
I see no need for Highway #413 to be built that is going to go through acres of Ontarios' needed wetlands.

Same as "Vaccines are voluntary"... (EXCEPT !) Short sighted interests in selling off the planned 403, to a Spanish consortium for 100 years and call it the 407, so THEY can profit from an exorbitantly overpriced highway, that WAS ALREADY set aside for joining two public (free) segments of the 403.

Few use it because it is so expensive. We paid for it, it was sold off and with the tolls, paid for. Now it’s a money factory.
To top it off, a privately owned highway yet patrolled by a publically funded police service. Owe a toll and you can’t get your plates renewed until you pay it. Madness.
