Looks like a really cool place! You're lucky to have these places within driving distance man, I'd be on my 600lb life if I lived over there.
My wife and I went to Snows BBQ in May last year after I saw your first Snows BBQ video. It was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Brisket was amazing and you were right about the pork steak. Ribs were also good. And free beans and beer!! Lol!!
I also had the honor to take a pic with Mrs Tootsie. BBQ Legend. My next BBQ crawl will be to Valentina’s or Franklin in Austin. Love your videos and learn a lot from them.

Pork steak being the highlight? Nice, I love pork steak and its a nice quick cook at a great price when I have a lot of ppl coming over. The sausage looked killer! Cheers brother!

This Texas weather is so bipolar, one day it's 30 degrees and the next it's 90 degrees lol.
Great video. Would like to see you try and duplicate those pork steaks. I know it wouldn't be the same without the old school direct pits but would be cool to see.

The ribs were really good actually. I'm not sure what's in it, but I like that mop the use on their ribs.
That looks phenomenal James! Snows is definitely on my bucket list. Famous for that pork steak. How was the ribs and the sausage? You still coming down to Houston for the HLSR? Harry will be there too. I've got you covered on passes and parking. WM has the largest space this year.

How do they do the pork steak, do up a whole ham and slice it or do the steaks individually? Not on my usual BBQ radar.

I think they take a pork butt and slice it into steaks before smoking them.

Really different. Snow's is just good ole Texas BBQ. Valentina's for more craft BBQ. Totally diferent but both a great.
Snows does everything "good" across the board. As opposed to Franklin where the brisket is the showstopper and everything else is "meh".
