10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT - Beginner Friendly, with breaks // No Equipment I Pamela Reif

  • it's a challenging Beginner Workout! Because we only get fitter if we get out of our comfort zone! ♥︎ / Werbung
    MUSCLES:
    we train our Abs, Arms, Chest, Legs, Booty, Back & overall Core Strength.
    SPEED:
    The exercises are slow, but still intense. No Jumping involved (and therefore also very neighbor friendly haha). The SLOW SPEED gives you so much room to perform everything concentrated, thinking of the exact muscles you want to train.
    BREAKS:
    We perform each exercises for 30s, followed by a 10s break. You can already see the next exercise & mentally prepare for it.
    PS: ask your male partner to join! This one is definitely not only for us girls :)

    No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :)
    The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

      You can, keep hanging in there. Keep trying, and be pacient. Also, go follow doctor Sten Ekberg and Eric Berg tips and advices for a better health. Here on youtube. To me they are the best two doctors here that provide the best content. They are very informative, you learn a lot about your body

    Great ab workout! For those with shoulder injuries, like myself, I recommend doing these exercises on your elbows instead of full plank.

    I'm super happy that I succeeded in doing it! In the beginning, I would only do the abs exercises reaaaaally slowly, like the sloth in Zootopia and I'll do it a little bit faster each time. Totally recommend not trying to follow her pace from the beginning, but to try to REACH it through time. One of the best video sthat is REALLY for beginners. Gosh, thank you!

    I need another (4th) Lockdown to finally start working out 🤘🏻May be Pamela should start doing motivational videos as well. Some hypnosis, or something like that 🤷🏼‍♀️

    In the last month I had no time or energy to work out bc I was so stressed. I ate a lot of unhealthy food and I gained weight. Today was the first time I worked out again so this was perfect. I'm sweating but I feel so good I hope so much I do it more often bc I'm still stressed out af bc I have exams in 1 month but I hope I stop stress eating and start stress work outing haha

    Gonna do this later. I feel like it might be too easy but idk, i just have this thing where i NEED to try out every single one of your vids. someone plz tell me im not the only one. Yea, but even tho i consider myself advanced, i'll probably be dying on floor after I finish it. Pamela always knows how to properly kill me.

    i first added this video to my work out playlist a little less than a year ago, and at the time i couldn't get through the video at all which out taking long breaks. today, i just did the entire video and only took the breaks in between videos! (minus bear hold- that one's still tough for me lol, i just did a regular plank in replacement). but still! progress! thank you pamela for your videos
