Set in the 1970s, Infracktion follows two drifters - Laura and her father, John. Trekking across the moorland late into the night, the two seek shelter in a seemingly abandoned farm house. In the gloom of the house, a twisted horror stirs.

@@Oldguy69Mr I also didn't have any struggles seeing it. I've seen horror movies with a lot less light.
If there are shots in complete darkness, it's intentional and you're not meant to see anything. But thats how the director decides, to put some artistic freedom in it and also to increase fear and/or tension of the viewer as well 🤷🏻♂️
What was the point? There was no story. Not even slightly. “Oh no those two are alone and scared and now it’s dark and some scary person shows up then that’s it. The end.” ????
The point is mood, imagination and emotions. Some stories have no point and some points need no story. It's all about the suspension, the build up and the climax. Because you failed to find any of those doesn't make it awful, it just means you had expectations that weren't met. Perhaps have less expectations and more imagination and see where that leads you next. Cheers!

Yeah. That's the usual pretentious excuse. "We" _have better imaginations_ and can, therefore, find enjoyment in the presentation. No need for all those messy "reasons" things happen. This is more of exhibition than a story. An entry in an artist's portfolio to demonstrate their skills. That's fine but don't try to pawn it off as a story.
can be a zombie infeccion and the 2 going out of the city to survive....or hiding from a werewolf man that he smells their way.....
Visuals and cinematography are good
loved the energy but it didn't feel like there was anything to this one
So… what happened and why so dark? Need to be able to see it and have just a little more to go on.

She is like naturally good at what ever this is and I am here for it!
This wasn’t one of alters stronger ones. Just didn’t feel like there was much substance to it and could barely understand them and see them. It was def a bit scary at the end but nothing that’s very memorable. And who on earth would come out literally seconds after their dad is killed by whatever that thing was? Any normal person would’ve stayed under the bed for quite awhile.
I really enjoyed this film. It's original and packs a decent punch.
I recommend watching it.

Sooooo the whole story is about two travelers (Father and daughter) going somewhere but because of the father health condition, they can't go to the destination in time, and it's getting dark, so they decided to rest in an abandoned farm house. Right?
Then the daughter wakes up from a strange heavy object sound dropping on the floor and trying to find her father. She found her father on the upper floor, and he looks kinda injury and tell her to hide then he gets killed by the monster that make growing animal sound.
Well.. the begining of the film til this point is actually looking good and okish until the nonsense begins... (for the rest of the story)

So many 💩 comments without a clue. Post-apocalypse zombies w/ a twist. More said in their bond & non-reactive behaviour, being grateful to simply be out of the cold & a couple cans of food…. The sterling candlesticks served as weapons. I sense trolls over this folk-tale version of an infected apocalypse is entirely over your heads. KUDOS TI THE WRITER, DIRECTOR, & DOC on this! 🎉👏👏👏 Not all shorts are made for ppl watching on their cells~
