This was the weirdest short film I had ever seen tbh. Most importantly it was super unique the plot and the characters everything was awesome. Loved the songs btw!!❤️

this was BRILLIANT....sort of Twilight Zone meets The Evil Dead meets The Three Stooges.....left so many unanswered questions.....will Nathan have to walk on his arse for the rest of his life? what WAS in the cooking pot? will the kid with the watering can realise there's no plant in that vase? ....seriously this was great, SO original and at that length I could see this being made into a full series of episodes

When I saw Nathan with his broken legs I thought whoa, how much more bizarre/great is this going to get? I would love to see a part 2.

I've never seen anything quite like this, and I loved every second of the sublime comedy horror.
I tell you what, there was some depth to the whole thing - and it was brave too.
I mean..have you ever seen slapstick laid out like that in key scenes in a film before..or seen that kind of subtlety in how the characters see each other? Lovely stuff.
The whole short has a great balance to it, but at the same time it had me on an enjoyable backfoot from the start, and the plot was as predictable as a nuclear missile turning into a confused bowl of petunias - it's rare I can say that about a comedy horror.

I've only watched maybe 15-20 of ALTERS' short movies (I'm new) and the thing that gripes me is they all should be longer. Great acting, plots and an interesting story. Maybe that is why they're so good and not overdone. Great everything, except as an audience member we want more of the good things shown on this channel. And just to add my own interpretation...one or both of them are insane to a degree. But the sludge makes it alien and unknowable...Meaning the audience has no context and leaves you hanging. But a bit too much is not understandable. That's fine if it was longer but there does need to be more clarity in the details; only my opinion obviously. If there were an ending so to speak, or similar, it would make the short films better.

I wasn't expecting this - pleasantly surprised! Dark, funny and creepy and I love the music, it really added to the film. Also, the 'ready, set, go' scene was genius and so funny.

There is an idea of how there is my side of the story, your side of the story, and a truth somewhere in between. This film had that vibe and puts it into a blender of horror.
It teetters that fine line of this is serious versus humorous. I saw more of the humor but it has some intensity.
It does leave some unanswered questions while having an entertainment factor that is hard to describe.
Odd but fun. So thanks to the makers, cast, and crew.

I like this movie, it was interesting to see & think about how each of their nights' conversations were played back & were different!? As I tell my husband (or in the reverse I am told) "That's not what I said, you said this, then I said that!" when we talk about past conversations when there's a dispute later about who told who what! 🤣 Makes you think about comparing what we hear from other people and what we actually LISTEN to them saying!
