To Unlock Ex characters:
Gotta beat story mode with said character. Or have 100 hours and they'll be all unlocked. Or go to network mode and host a private lobby with ex characters enabled. Then press confirm on your self in the lobby to go into training mode. It'll work there

I know its weird, but Potemkin (Grappler) might be the last thing I expected to have DP, on other fighting game they only gave them a projectile invul moves at best or parry at worst.

Forgot to mention the man gets 6h loops in corner for massive damage, although forgot if it was counter hit only or not

Some things not mentioned, EX Pot has literally no gatlings. You might think I'm exaggerating but I'm not, his only gatlings are K > D and c.S > f.S, he doesn't even have air gatlings. This severely limits what could otherwise be a really cool character. Besides that, slide head works like it did in regular AC so he gets combos off it. The new version of Heat Knuckle can lead to combos in the corner while the old version loses Heat Extend. However, it gained an FRC that leads to huge combos. Pot Buster also does less damage and doesn't lead to combos sadly. Nitro Hook (the running grab) is a reference to GG Missing Link (the PS1 game) where it launched the opponent away into a wallbounce instead of leading to a chain grab. It also had no recovery on whiff in that game which sadly isn't how it functions here. It was shown in the video but I'll mention it here, Gigantic Bullet got an air version that wallbounces. This leads to cool combos. Also Giganter being a multi-hit that floats not only allows for cool combos but powerful setplay, especially since you can do Slide Head for an unblockable that leads to a combo.

Yes he can already use air pb but the difference is that you don't have to jump cancel. You can just cancel right into it

EX Slayer is dope, but the removal of j.2S just ruins the character for me for some reason. Idk what it is about that move, but it just makes Slayer, well Slayer for me outside of the more iconic stuff.

@@LucidButtonMasher The knockdown from Slidehead in AC allowed you to pickup with any groud hitting move to a full combo. There were two ways of getting an unblockable loop going from here. You could either time Slidehead so the unblockable part hits as meaty, which is kinda difficult considering the unblockable part only has one active frame and characters have different wakeup timings.
Or the more realistic method, you can time meaty Giganter oki in a way that pushes them out far enough so the unblockable part of Slidehead is what always hits, the followup combo will build enough meter for another Giganter. How often you can loop this depends on how much meter you started with.
You obviously had ways to escape it, but if you didn't have a reversal that beats this setup, you better be good at reversal backdash and hope that the Slidehead won't punish your backdash recovery.

Basically a chain of attacks that easily cancel into each other. Some games do light to medium to heavy, gear does punch/kick to slash to heavy slash, etc

He doesn't have gatlings so he's pretty limited. It mostly affects his blockstrings and his ability to get grabs setup
