Sex after a relationship with a man scorned knowing who knows you want him back isnt FWB, its his revenge.
Courtney said she doesnât believe in âthe oneâ id love yâall to have a conversation elaborating on that
Loved this episode ladies! Amazing as always, may God continue to strengthen and bless you â€ïž This was definitely timely. I feel like I am in a wilderness season of my life and yet I find myself comparing myself to other people's accomplishments, being like "God when?" type beat. However, I am learning that listening to those types of conversations are like God planting seeds that he plans on watering when the time comes. So for any of my sisters out there in a wilderness season keep trusting in God's divine timing and keep "Glowing and growing!" â€
On days where i need more water and energy, I always opt for coconut water. Coconut water really positively impacts my day.
Listening to this coming from the gym, and yâall got me smiling ear to ear. Love you guys truly from my heart. Thank you đ€â€ïž
Thank you ladies for this great episode I fell like I was in a boardroom meeting with myself because I was also reflecting on the segments that you were going throughâ€ïž.
P.S : You look so beautiful sisssters!đ
I LOVE IT when you guys talk about your faith. Think this is my favourite episode this year.
I think the girl from the dilemma should move on. If this was a two year relationship then maybe this extra work would make sense, but a mistake made at two weeks turning into THREE MONTHS of penance is too much! He stopped treating you like âgirlfriend materialâ after two weeks, so how did you fall in love with him? Girl you deserve better as well.
Hey Courtney and Renee,
If you haven't already, I'd like to suggest looking into MBTI cognitive functions (so not the four letters - like ENTP or ISFJ etc) but the cognitive functions that make up each personality like extroverted intuition, introverted thinking etc etc. It will add to the understanding of WHY you get stuck in certain overthinking loops. (I assess for ADHD and find that a number of people think ADHD may explain their mental processes but come to understand their personality types on a deeper level and think "OHHHHHH, THAT makes sense of everything!")
PS. Love this episode and it definitely made me think about my own Q1 reflections. It's SOOOO hard to maintain balance in these 3-4 areas (even when we start the year with the best of intentions) so monthly and quarterly assessments are DEFINITELY key components of my growing and glowing journey. It's also shocking how quickly we forget smaller, personal achievements in these areas if we don't at least bullet-point them in a journal as they happened. I started doing that last year and for the first time, I was able to pinpoint in December EXACTLY how I used my year and grew through it.
Literally just searched you all and you just uploaded 1 min ago!!!â€â€â€â€
Another amazing episode ladies! Thank you so much! Iâve learned to lean more on God throughout Q1 & be resilient through trusting in His word! â€âšâš
