I just installed this on my 2019 500 midsize. Although the deal kit did come installed with mine, the forward seal is slightly different. I tried adding the silicone spray and I can assure you, it definitely made it easier and prevents the foam seal from getting pulled off or deformed. I did the install without a helper. Total time was probably 15 minutes. Great video!
