wow, nice diagnosis... had to watch the whole thing cuz I have a kx450f fuel inject that is acting funny, bogging out at random times when I accelerate.... very nice video, and thats a cool CNC machine too
My guy, you can't unbolt those cam-caps like that.. on the cam-caps there are numbers, you need to follow that sequence both when unbolting and putting it back to gether.
I watched the video back (this is about 200+ bikes ago) and I took it apart in an appropriate manner. I have built well over a thousand motocross engines and several hundred Kawasaki alone, as long as you take them apart in a staggered criss cross pattern as to not cause uneven loading/unloading it will be fine. The numbers are there as a guideline but there are a few different patterns/orders you can use that will yield the same result.
Hey, I’m looking at buying a 2015 kx450f with less than 50 engine hours, starts and runs fine, just wanted to know your opinion on these bikes and if I should get it or look for something else
I enjoy this video man, I just bought a 2015 kx450f and it had a little gas in the oil and it smokes a little, you think that could be a leaky injector?
Glad to see you wearing gloves.
Safety third
What do gloves do lol
DREAM garage setup! Except it needs more machines and a dust collection setup
2 more mills coming. ;)

Great bikes. This one just had a fluke with the trans but that's rare. I would swap the air forks for spring forks though.
