- Good gosh! I haven't been this nervous to do a collaboration in...I don't think ever! I was super unsure of everything I was doing this entire time and I was dreading ruining Emily's art so bad. lol Big thank you to Emily Artful for doing this collaboration with me! I hope she had as much fun as I did with this project. :) She's great!
As I told Emily....People are going to look at this title and think I'm being malicious...but the reality of the situation is that I'm just incompetent. 8D

Scan the lineart so you know that if your ruin it you have a second change. Maby it makes it a bit more fun what it's supposed to be instead of PANIC MODE NOOOO

Here from Emily's channel. And honestly I really like this art work! It's so interesting and I love that you challenged yourself.
The art looked great! But I would’ve gone with “Be Magical, Bitches” or something like that for the unicorn lol!
The Unicorn scroll could say "magical girl" or "friendship is murder" ... like playing off of the magic factor in a cynical way
Mint is such a cute name! And she had a yeti friend? SO CUTE I think you could make some really cool fade away girl inspired pieces with Mint and Chip!
also the limited color palette is sooo beautiful! The background is just fantastic

For a scroll for a unicorn "Mythic AF" Or "Legendary" Or "Magical Bae"
I LOVE the way you colored it (Specially the way you did the algae fields, like roundish and hill-like?). It's also an amazing skill to be able to make a beautiful coloring job with a few colors! There were many awesome details that I enjoyed :3

It's so pretty, ahhh! I can't believe you can work with those colors! XD I swear, that's probably one of the trickiest color combinations I've seen in a long time, lol. But you managed so well with them, the finished piece looks incredible! Also, I'm SO EXCITED that you two combined forces! So awesome to see Minthe again! The only way this could have been better was if Chip was there in dolphin mode or something! Amazing colouring job, especially with TWO markers dying. That's started happening to me so much now - take forever to choose colours....begin....immediately realise marker is dying....no refills :(

I mean....it plays on the word and the idea of it being a collab and also how you both are always about being art-positive, standing together as artists instead of tearing each other apart....? I have no idea I stayed up all night sketching. x'D Also, I love how both your videos have this dedicated bit of fangirling over each other's art, paper choice, design choice, lines, etc. It's so cute. x3

I love stickers, particularly single ones like you got, and I just put them on my wall with bluetac so that I can move them around XD I cannot commit to actually using them like a sticker
OMGosh, I love both of you, so this is thrilling! I just watched Emily's (hysterical) side of this art-swap, and came directly here! Also, that colour was so good that you need to grab a mat and frame it. It's just so beautifully done! FAR from being ruined! Oh! And I put stickers on my paint sets and on my Itoya books that I use to store original watercolours. If that helps! So you could sticker your binder! :D Oh! And I probably would have put 'Stabity-stab-stab' on the Unicorn scroll. :)

The woman on the We Can Do It! poster is Rosie the Riveter, lol. She is a composite of all the women working in steel mills and as mechanics during WWII and design modeled after real person.
Well I am so very glad that you and Emily did this coloab. The line art you made for her really did have a feel of her aesthetic. As for your coloring of the line art she sent you, I love the way you colored it. I'm sure she loves it too. Beautiful work.

I like how you colored this piece, I don't think you killed it at all. I was excited to see what you did with it and I am not disappointed. I've tried to do an underwater background so many times and fail! I love how you drew the corals and plants. I also like how you decided to stay away from blue. However, in my opinion, it might have helped to have an orange or purple in it as well, it's a tad muddy with just the pink and greens. I'm excited to see what you come out with in the future! I've been looking for more CZcams artists to follow and draw inspo from.

Also from the videos I've watched from Emily I'm almost positive she would've absolutely adored your unicorn "I'm Horny" picture. She would've found it funny. For the stickers, you could have like a designated cabinet or something that you put them on. That's what I did with a couple dressers that i had.
You sound so much like me. I am always doubting how good my work is. I always get told that I shouldn't think my art is bad and that I am really good. Comparing myself to others, yes, I am not the best, but I enjoy what I do and that is the point of. And, honestly, I think the substitution of the pinks for the blues was actually really cool. I kind of feel like this is a piece where she is underwater during a gorgeous sunset. I really think it is pretty, and I am not huge on pink. So that is saying something that I think this is really beautiful,
