I can tell the true terror of this ride is boarding it indoors, not having a full perspective of the scale until the vehicle leaves the tunnel and you find yourself out in the open in a slow climb that must feel like forever.
Just got on it yesterday for the first time and the view was unbelievable. Gorgeous! As for the drop you feel weightless during the whole drop and everything around you turns into a blur. Amazing experience. Left shaking afterwards

I went on this today. I’m a tall af guy so both of my legs were hanging out of my seat pretty far which didn’t make me feel safer to begin with. The first 15 seconds on the way up was fine but when I looked up after another 20 seconds and realized we were barely half-way up to the top, I started getting scared af. The drop itself only took like 2-3 seconds and felt nice af. DONT go on this if you’re afraid of heights lmao (unless you wanna have your eyes closed for the entire ride).

One of the most interesting freefall rides I have been on is from the 108th floor level of the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, NV...best enjoyed at night. It is one of the rides that shoot you up first so you feel that extreme acceleration. Once it reaches its peak, you experience a quick moment of zero gravity weightlessness before you plunge downward. That first time you experience the moment of zero gravity and downward fall is something unique. Unfortunately, the next time you do the ride it will be familiar to you and the rush won't be the same. You will never experience this "unnatural" feeling other than in a controlled manner, except for in some kind of horrific accident.

@@williame1158 The tower itself is around 116 metres high, but you only fall about 90 of those due to the large sightseeing spot in the top and because the gondola will be heavily braked towards the end. As every other gravity fall it doesn’t last so very long, only 3-4 seconds before you are being lowered down to Earth again.

I am an amateur physicist and I propose an interesting experiment for Turbo Drop. When boarding the amusement ride, take with you a smartphone prepared for filming, a 200 ml transparent plastic cup with 5/4 of the total volume filled with water. Also take a properly unpacked effervescent tablet. Before the tower begins the falling process, add the effervescent tablet to the water and start filming. At the moment of free fall, the gas bubbles leaving the tablet must stop rising and most of them will remain involved in the tablet.
It only works for basic needs, and many times not even that, because it’s the same cut out plan for everybody, even though we all differ with different needs. So it’s both good and bad. But if there’s really something wring with you, complexity wise- you’re dead.

That's the only freefall that does NOT scare me. my daughter didn't even get buckled before the fall and would have died if not for the fact that it's inside. she was floating and I yanked her down into the seat

Я Такой Аттракцион придумал в 2009-2010г. Идея была приделать Подобное устройство к стене 24 этажного дома в Питере с надстройкой дополнительной вышки на крыше. Общая высота достигла бы почти 100 метров. VIP - полёт предполагался в ТЁМНОЕ время. А в Ночное время должен был быть просто подъём 2 чел в "чёрное небо". Без "падения" и криков. Ощущение, что ты висишь непонятно на чём в темноте было бы сутью ночного сеанса. Можно было добавить "тряску и качку". Конечно никто бы не разрешил)). Хорошо, что кто-то ЭТО сделал!! п.с. I can tell the true terror of this ride is boarding it indoors, not having a full perspective of the scale until the vehicle leaves the tunnel and you find yourself out in the open in a slow climb that must feel like forever.
Just got on it yesterday for the first time and the view was unbelievable. Gorgeous! As for the drop you feel weightless during the whole drop and everything around you turns into a blur. Amazing experience. Left shaking afterwards

I went on this today. I’m a tall af guy so both of my legs were hanging out of my seat pretty far which didn’t make me feel safer to begin with. The first 15 seconds on the way up was fine but when I looked up after another 20 seconds and realized we were barely half-way up to the top, I started getting scared af. The drop itself only took like 2-3 seconds and felt nice af. DONT go on this if you’re afraid of heights lmao (unless you wanna have your eyes closed for the entire ride).

One of the most interesting freefall rides I have been on is from the 108th floor level of the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, NV...best enjoyed at night. It is one of the rides that shoot you up first so you feel that extreme acceleration. Once it reaches its peak, you experience a quick moment of zero gravity weightlessness before you plunge downward. That first time you experience the moment of zero gravity and downward fall is something unique. Unfortunately, the next time you do the ride it will be familiar to you and the rush won't be the same. You will never experience this "unnatural" feeling other than in a controlled manner, except for in some kind of horrific accident.
I rode that. It was awesome but my favorite was the teeter totter.

How tall is it?
@@williame1158 The tower itself is around 116 metres high, but you only fall about 90 of those due to the large sightseeing spot in the top and because the gondola will be heavily braked towards the end. As every other gravity fall it doesn’t last so very long, only 3-4 seconds before you are being lowered down to Earth again.

I am an amateur physicist and I propose an interesting experiment for Turbo Drop. When boarding the amusement ride, take with you a smartphone prepared for filming, a 200 ml transparent plastic cup with 5/4 of the total volume filled with water. Also take a properly unpacked effervescent tablet. Before the tower begins the falling process, add the effervescent tablet to the water and start filming. At the moment of free fall, the gas bubbles leaving the tablet must stop rising and most of them will remain involved in the tablet.

The Freefall on the Stratosphere tower in Las Vegas is more intense. It starts with negative Gs, then ends with a free fall on top of the tower over 1,000 ft above the ground.

I imagine that this is one adrenaline rushing, terrifying, out of your mind ride to even attempt to ride. I know that amusement park do their regular inspection's and all. But at the end of the day. Three days later Jesus was resurrected from death and that showed that he didn’t deserve to die because he was perfect but he taked the punishment of our sin so that we could live with God.
So turn to God and believe in him through Jesus it is the only way to eternal life with God. God also transformed me because I did disgusting things, but when I received Jesus, God began to do his work in me and thanks to the Lord I am saved. Please do not ignore this because I do not want you my sister or brother to be lost. but through Jesus there is not a single way to God for God is just he can not just forget your sin as long as nothing has paid for your sin and Jesus did. think about this in this way: you’re in a court you are convicted of a punishment the judge will not remove your punishment for the good stuff you have done no he will judge you for the bad ones. but if someone pays your penalty then you are free to go. God did not want you to be lost so He sent Jesus for your sins. It was therefore Jesus said it’s finished before he died. It means that he had taked the punishment of sin instead of you and me. So please Seek God through Christ for Jesus is only way. Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life nobody comes to the father except through me. So please turn to Jesus and get salvation before you die. You don’t know when you gone die it could be tomorrow or today. Every day 150 thousand people due and they didn’t know that. So you could be one of them tomorrow. Seek you salvation in Christ.

Я Такой Аттракцион придумал в 2009-2010г. Идея была приделать Подобное устройство к стене 24 этажного дома в Питере с надстройкой дополнительной вышки на крыше. Общая высота достигла бы почти 100 метров. VIP - полёт предполагался в ТЁМНОЕ время. А в Ночное время должен был быть просто подъём 2 чел в "чёрное небо". Без "падения" и криков. Ощущение, что ты висишь непонятно на чём в темноте было бы сутью ночного сеанса. Можно было добавить "тряску и качку". Конечно никто бы не разрешил)). Хорошо, что кто-то ЭТО сделал!!
