The pump exists in a no-mans-land a little bit: If you don't have or can't have an air compressor, the best way to seat tubeless tyres would be to install it with a tube first. Then removing the tube by only breaking the bead on one side. Now the inflation should work even with the valve core installed, making the extra feature of this pump unnecessary. The general idea of higher volume floor pumps is a good one, not a lot of people need a pump capable of pumping 10 or 12 bars of pressure in the current bike landscape. Getting a gravel tyre to rideable pressure with 4 or 5 strokes is nice.
Thank you for your reviews as always. FWIW, seating TL tires with a floor pump sometimes comes down to technique, trial and error rather than the pump itself. I have 2 floor pumps, $10 Walmart Floor Pump and a JoeBlow cheapo. I can seat most any TL tire from 28mm-45mm used or new (makes a difference based on tire stretch) Techniques I go through when it wont seat off the bat: 1. Wet the bead and tire sidewall with soapy water (1tbl Dawn 16Oz water) 2. Pump with 2 hands wil the tire is resting as vertical as possible; valve side on the floor so the weight of the rim folds the tire a bit in that area. 3. Listen to where you are getting air lose, rotate the tire and press the tire down in that area while pumping. The first few pumps all you are trying to do is get the bead to move outward so that it starts retaining air. 4. Pull the sidewalls with your hands on both sides out to move the bead out of the center channel. Anyway, hope this helps someone. @gSporco Instagram
Thanks. The complaint I have with this pump is in the marketing. As I showed in the video, there's a stark contrast b/w what a pump can do and what you can do with an air compressor. Where the pump failed, the air compressor seated the tire perfectly in a couple seconds, and the pump was advantaged by the soapy water still being fresh, so no time to dry. It is possible to seat with a floor pump, there are videos out there where someone seats the tire with tools, then uses a floor pump to finish the job. I have tried this technique and it's hit-or-miss, but I prefer not to use tools, especially on a carbon rim. Apparently bead wax is a good option for some tires too. If you're willing to mess around it might work. But, it will take a lot of messing, and it might not. Ultimately, you're putting a lot of time and faith into a process that isn't easy or guaranteed.
How obvious do you want to make it that you're being extremely bias... Oh yeah it mounts the hardest tyre... but not the other ones... Ridiculous!! Maybe put some effort in on the first two... you know like stand up, use both hands and put some effort into it!!
Thanks for your comment. Let's take a moment to explore why it worked for the incredibly snug tire, and not the others. Part of that is volume, it's the smallest one. But the main reason is because it was so tight that air couldn't get out. Could I have struggled with tire levers, cursed the rubber gods, and sacrificed a bottle of liquid soap to make it work with the others? Maybe, but I didn't have to because there are better ways to get it done. That should be fairly clear... Is demonstrating that difference bias? I wouldn't call it that, but maybe it's bias for using the right tool for the job.

Based on the other reviews going around this is a highly rated pump, based on it's quality build, specific features and functions, and the price point. The problem with your review is you didnt even attempt to showcase its features and your one handed attempt to seat tyres is ridiculous. Then you try and palm it off by saying there's better options... what you mean like having a compressor!! If you want to put content out into the world make sure it's accurate so you dont mislead people with your unfounded bias!
