    I got hurt in a fight and my left shoulder does not let me do over head press when coming down it hurts badd….

    I can get my hands to the wall but i still get pain when i shoulder press...

    I was doing 25kg dumbbells overhead press and as I was reaching failure, my left arm violently dropped and i felt a crack in the rotator cuff. Very little pain but it can be concerning in the future. What can I do to prevent that?
