- I recently got my hands on a 2023 Tige 22 RZX and it's been unreal!
In this video, I break down how exactly I set this boat up for an insane wakeboard wake before going out for a set on a super glassy day here in Orlando🙌
The start of this video is me explaining how I typically set the boat up for myself for wakeboarding. My settings are a 75ft rope at 22.5mph, TAPS on 2, rear ballast full, Bow around 90%, and some extra weight thrown in there to make up for people.
After I talk setup, I got the chance to get out for a chase session with some friends to get some riding shots on an unbelievably nice day here in Orlando. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching 🙏

How's the wake changed from a 2020 to the 2023?
What motor do you have
What prop are you using. Keep killing it. Great channel. I am looking hard at a 2020 Tige same model.
Thank you🙏 This hull got fully redesigned in 2022, so it has changed a bit. That said, I spent a lot of time behind the previous models of 22RZX and 23RZX and they both wakeboard great. It's a super friendly wake shape that scales well from small for beginners to as big as you'd need it.
This boat has the 400hp motor and I'm running the stock prop (16.5x16.5), but in my 2019 23RZX I had a 440 with a high altitude prop for some extra torque.

have you ridden behind the ATX 22 type s? If you have what are your thoughts? Does it make a clean wakeboard wake 20-23mph weighted?
Hey! Yeah I have had some super fun sets on that boat. I usually ride it at 22.5mph with the rear ballast full and bow around 70%. Super fun wake!
