  • In this video I'm in my Tigé 22 RZX going through each of the wakesurf settings that make this boat so versatile. The amount of fine tuning you can do in in this boat is amazing, making it super easy to make exactly the wake surf wave you want for any scenario.
This is a bit of a deep diving video, but hopefully it will give some guidance for how to get into the details of changing your surf wave for different preferences.
The first thing we go through is reasons you ay want to adjust your surf wave. Different size or skill level of riders, different boards, or just personal preferences may play into this.
The second part of the video explains Tige's GO system. This system makes it super easy and intuitive to start changing the shape of your surf wave with just a touch of the screen.
The next part of the video is about speed. Moving your speed up or down can play a massive role in the feeling you get behind the boat. whether you're looking for a more aggressive snap from going faster, or a more forgiving softer eave at a slower speed, there is a lot that can be done by adjusting your speed just a few tenths of a MPH.
After speed, the final, and in my opinion the deepest diving, setting change is adjusting your center TAPS plate (under the "Wave Tune" button on the screen). This changes the attitude that the boat runs at, allowing you to significantly lengthen or shorten your wave. The higher the number, the taller and shorter your wave will be, and vice versa. Most often the wave will be great at the stock factory setting of the TAPS plate, but adjusting it is an option if you really want to get into the intricacies of your surf wave.
The last portion of this video just explains my typical settings and why I have the boat set up as I do.
This boat is amazing out of the box, but it is a lot of fun to get in and play with your wave settings to see how endless the possibilities are for any rider or scenario.
Hope you found this video helpful! Feel free to leave a comment if you have any other questions on setting up your boat for wake surfing!
    Thanks for watching!🙌🙏

Extra lead bags? How much weight extra and where are you putting it?

It depends on the size crew I'm going out with, and what it is I'm doing. If it's a decent crew I won't add weight, but if it's just me and one other person surfing, just a couple hundred pounds can make a big difference! I usually put it under the side seats in the back half of the boat.
