"Sure, you can sit up front. You'll get the smoothest ride up there and won't get wet at all."
I'm not sure how I got here today but I'm glad I did. Haulover 4 Life ✌️
Right I was looking at motorcycles but seing people get pounded look better
Checkout wavy boats and alfred montainer he lives down there he's the king 👑 of haulover lol
Boats have been in my recommendations for the whole day
LOL
A chiropractor could make a good living, with a little office on canalside.
I know where I’m opening up shop at then!!!!! Great idea! Nailed it!
I'm about to buy space for a sign and sell ad's for a Chiropractor. Thanks!
Hahaha I was thinking the same thing! I would have a big ole billboard facing waterside.
Yes, and a Dramamine salesman too!
A salvage co. ....
In the 2nd round the captain was not a dude. She is my hero for today. 👍👍👍
She ate it up
40 ft boat with quad 300s helps...
@@DocStrange1322 and likley has both sore tonsils and knees
I gotta find me a first mate like that!
I'd tap that
That last dude pointed at the camera like “dude we are for sure making today’s number 1” 😂
"Grandma never got up while in our line of sight"
It's the small details
Grandma is still in traction .
Grandma went full send to heaven
I've met a few people who sustained VERY serious back injuries from taking a hard landing in a boat running rough water.
There are worse things than getting a little wet.
Like getting pinballed to the floor when you are old and brittle.
Ridicules carryon, that skipper needs a flogging from grandad.
Indeed what a DF boat driver .. but I bet she never got pounded that bad before 😂
Q-1
rlll
fuck yeah, first cavalry. get some brother
That first clip was gold !!!
😂😂 boats are an excellent way of exposing people whom have more money than common scene.
That inlet is no joke. Even on a good day it could windup being a very bad day for an inexperienced captain
I just discovered your channel! Very satisfying, no sugar coating, no rubbing it in. I'm going to watch more, cheers 👍
Geez! That one dude at the bow was beaten mercilessly into submission. He will not soon forget the butt whupping!
This channel is wildly entertaining. Same style as that 11foot8 bridge
With the last boat, also note the bowline neatly coiled on the foredeck ... you can see it right at the start. Of course that ends up tailing in the water and there’s one place it’s going to head and then they’ll be in trouble
I used to live in one of those towers in the background. Haulover ALWAYS has rough waters at that inlet. I saw stuff like this everyday !
Those towers are so expensive to rent now
I was in the Navy and on a ship deck at least 20' above the water. In rough seas we were required to wear life jackets when working on deck. Get knocked out and thrown overboard with no vest and you're gone. Same applies to inland lakes as well.
Your absolutely right I was in the Coast Guard, in the Seventies, Cape May Coast Guard sent out the 82 Footer the wrong boat to send out, it wasn’t nice as the 82footer has a semi round bottom, not good in rough seas but is a fast boat, full bore it will top 50+ mph. Well we were waiting for the. Franklin to get close to the lightship, with the round bottom and 3-4ft. seas. A seaman was going on liberty for a week, but the Franklin rolled in toward the lightship, the seaman was on the top rung of the jacob’s ladder, and the Franklin cut his leg off below the knee. We got him aboard the 82footer to get him to the hospital, needless to say Brian made back to shore in 34 minutes, and was rushed to the hospital, when I last saw him he had an artificial leg and foot, and was doing quite well.
This channel is really entertaining. Glad I just stumbled across it.
Legend has it that grandma is still on the floor of that boat til this day.
Looked like she got a good head knock! Hope she's ok
The operator is always the problem .
they used her as chum whilst fishing
@@philmenzies2477 hope she learned something too
LOLOL,,,,,,,,,,,Hey we may be related! I'm a Bennett as well!
You rent a deck boat. You tell them you’re a qualified captain, and then you troll out into haulover. What could go wrong??😂😂
Nothing if you telling the truth about being a captain.
Even insinuating everyone that operates a boat is a captain is like insinuating all the super car drivers in South Florida are professional race car drivers, or any kid in a boosted VW for that matter.
Lol they shouldn't even sell little POS vessels like that
So do captain's need to be qualified then?
@@gavinmcinally8442 no, only charter captains need some type of license, safety certification
This channel is hilarious, I love it. Please never stop
LMAO, that first getting SLAMMED and hurt was HA-larious
I forgot to add, I used to live on an exquisite 65' New York Yacht and Engine house-yacht in Bahia Mar (back in the Fifties (I'm 76 now) and the big deal was to go up to Pompano and watch big sports fisherman trying to come in Hillsboro Inlet. Spectacular! Port Everglades was benign by comparison. In fact Hillsboro was every bit as hairy as Haulover. Now I just teach sailing to potential bare-boat charterers on Buzzards Bay---pretty ideal training ground! Cheers.
Wavy and Broncos, The two best channels on youtube working together!! Yess!
3:25 Rough outlet and some people think is a smart idea to go out on a Starcraft model "water collector bow"!
What a POS vessel lol I wouldn't put it in a bathtub
"She's taking a absolute pounding"
🤣
“Grandma takes a pounding”
I felt like I shouldn’t laugh because a few of those looked like potential serious injuries but I also couldn’t stop giggling.
Hopefully they were critically injured.
Pain is the best teacher. 🤣 Death is the best teacher against repeated stupidity.
@@nickp5356 but not for the practitioner
I don't know why I like watching these
i have lived in south florida my whole life and just discovered your channel. keep up the good work.
Darwin, party of one, your table is ready.
Ohhhhhhh, SO MANY MORE Than just "ONE"!!
Now! That's funny! Sad but true!
🤣🤣🤣
3:20 that amount of cake is uncalled for🥵
Looolll
Cake is meant to be eaten
@@SammyJoeLouis Someday after you have grown up and taken responsibility for yourself you will look in the mirror and realize that you don't look great either.
Grandma took quite a shot to her head. Hope Captain Moron didn’t kill granny.
Bar crossings are one of the biggest challenges that a mariner will face. I grew up on the water and there are times when I wouldn't even try it.
What are the others?
@bigpicturethinking5620 I meant to say "the" not three. Lol
There are a lot of hazards on the water. Bar crossings are just one of them. Storms is another one I'm sure there are others that I can't even think of right now.
Wow I made that comment years ago. I had to watch the video just to jar my memory. Lol 😆
I need to go see my chiropractor after watching this. That's a painful day.
Great find. I worked at the Harbour House South as a cabana boy in 1974. This was my daily view. Mostly uneventful. But some days just like this. It was a great place to fish. I caught my first tarpon here. Haulover Beach was a hot surfing spot.
Great video Broncos... thanks man... really enjoy your commentary.
Good observations and I love dropping the hook at Haulover's sandbar or spending the night in FIU cove. I was once coming out of Hillsboro Inlet, another inlet known to be bitchy at times. It was my wife and I on our Chaparral 240, a 24ft. express cruiser. As soon as we left the Inlet we encountered 4 foot swells. These are not normally unsafe for this boat but definitely not enjoyable. The problem that day was how closely spaced they were, if I remember less than the length of the boat which was like a bucking bronco. I was definitely anxious but waited but a break in the sets and quickly turned back to the inlet, rode the back of a swell and mercifully re-entered the inlet and safety again. After that day I always made passengers wear a pfd when traversing an inlet.
I never knew such a specific topic could become such a succesful channel
Who wants to see broncos guru make a pass through Haulover?
The person above makes a good point. C'mon Broncos, let's see what you've got!
I wanna see it. My money is on Broncos Guru...
Broncos guru ... the kind of guy to put a life jacket on the bow line when going through haulover!
My moneys on haulover regardless what Mr pointless is in...
CZcams recommendations bringing some good channels
My family has been in the boat business for over 100 years. Wallet warriors are the lifeblood of the industry! Lol
Why can’t I stop watching these videos 😎
Brilliant! Commentator reminds me of watching one of them marble racing vids, lol!
Everybody in the bow a gangsta, till the poundings begin. LOL
These thrashings were hilarious. All three of them the first one looked like a pinball. Way too funny. . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Much better then most boat videos.
This is why we watch!
That was orthopedic AF. This really is the MXC of boating. Get it on!
I don't know how I got here.. I don't have a boat and I don't even know to swim but sure looks entertaining 😅
Me at 21: YEEE HAAAAH!!
Me at 57: Screw that, I'll drive over the bridge.
Some of those smaller boats i wouldn't even take out on Lake Erie.
Lake Erie is no joke
Id do this before i went to lake erie
@@garythesquidsquid7779 don't tell floriday people, they think they are special
Lake erie is scary as hell.
Sure is, drove in both, both scary
Lol great channel. Love the commentary
Awesome videos. Educational, too!
I don't know how I landed here but subscribed 35 seconds in LOL
What amazes me is how fast all of these boats are moving... no collisions?
You can tell the last boat really had no idea what they were doing in a boat! The loose lines and fender hanging off the front cleats is alway a dead giveaway that these boaters have no clue about boating!
Got that right.
shes gonna be ok............as long as hospital staff dont move her suddenly
The last one is a perfect example of how to screw up "getting laid because you have a cool boat."
This is my new favourite channel
I agree bro. and Erie is nothing to mess with. but you know that.
😂 what a great channel. I know a guy who had big accident on a very large yacht 🛥 in this exact inlet on a very windy day🤦🏻♂️
Having lived on boats and sailed thousands of miles, I am always convulsed when I see the combination of inexperience and lousy boat design interacting. My buddy used to have a pair (in sequence) of those superb 1929 Chris Craft Commuters. They had deep, convex V hulls. Repeat: CONVEX deep vees. 25-30 knots into stiff SW (25 knots) winds on Buzzards Bay. All we did was gentle cleaving of the 2-4-foot waves. Sent spray WAY to the side. No pounding. The reason the new deep-vees are straight-sided is to prevent these yahoos from broaching. They just don't know boat-handling. You can have all the speed you want---you'll still pound your molars out. More moronic is the concept of using BALSA wood in sandwich hull and stringer construction! Brilliant. The combination of imbecility and water is always hysterical......
I cant help but lmao watching that boat at 1:05 when they slow down man these people going out of this inlet are taking a hell of a ride 😂
Grandma bounced off both bumpers and hit tilt on the Haulover pinball machine.
Wonderful video.
Honestly, I think we gotta hand the boats the W in the final round. They were all adults and their actions seemed intentional to have some fun. Everyone is a winner when you're having fun!
If you consider bumps and bruises, possible spine injuries fun then sure.
@@TheWabbit ok boomer. keep your kids in bubble wrap and never let them play outside.
@@MTeeBe I hope you don't have kids or a boat. If you can't tell the difference between fun and severely injuring someone you're a bigger idiot then I think you are!
@@TheWabbit so my parents and all parents who let kids do extreme sports where severe injury is common are idiots? I've broken multiple bones doing biking. Doesn't make my parents idiots, there's just an inherent risk with some activities.
@@MTeeBe Trying to see where I said that... Oh I didn't because the two aren't even close.
There's a difference between someone who breaks horses and putting your Mom on an unbroken horse.
That last boat with the guy in front while they're taking on water, they are so very lucky that boat didn't completely swamp. The last hits looked like it wasn't going to pop back up.
grandma got clapped
Maybe grandma has dementia and they were looking for the “accident”
Another great one
Now only if everyone had about a million and some change for a midnight express. My absolute dream boat man. Great video, keep up the good work.
I’m not in to boats at all, but my god that’s a beautiful boat.
@@burprobrox9134 Yeah man, Midnight Express is the business. For me any big center console is where it is at.
"If I come out slow, I can sneak up on the waves."
That midnight express! 😍😍😍
How did youtube know I would enjoy this? I've never watched a boating video in like 14 years. I feel like a laboratory mouse.
That Haulover is a real ballbuster I'd say
Looks like some real fun.
Love your channel. I don't have e a boat, can anyone tell me what should be a proper way to go out haul inlet? Slowing down? Accelerate between the wave?? Please help
The deck boat is damn lucky that the dock lines didn't get wrapped in the prop. Bring in the fenders and dock lines people.
He'd been screwed then. Pun intended. If you don't give the sea the respect it deserves it will kill you.
Serious question is it deep enough to run along the far side jetty and cut out along the swimming area cans. Always looks calm, to Avoid all that garbage
Not sure why I'm here watching this channel... again... big waves, small boats yuup
I needed a good laugh today. Ouch!
I jumped off the haul over bridge when I was in college in 1975, my only wittiness was cool Frank , don't remember his real name, but was also from NJ.
I can't stop laughing at "she took a pounding"
🤣😂🤣
Idk what I’m watching, but I like it
The only reason I would leave the inlet not on plane, would be if my boat was so massively long, that it spanned 2 troughs.
0:50 - Grandma got her bell wrung. Some lessons are learned the hard way.
Very refreshing channel 😁
Been there and done that. Bad there but worse are the popup thunderstorms. Getting caught off shore in a 20 foot boat during one of those will age you a few years!
Oh man - grandma should have been in the back. BrUTAL
Great job super cool
I know its stupid, but id love to try my old work skiff. Lil 12 foot flat bottom with a 20hp honda outboard. I wouldnt send it or anything but i just loved surfin the boat on the waves. This looks perfect. Of course if i nosed in shed be done for lol no sump, just hand bailing lol
Those Seavee boats are sooooooo smooth!
KEY WEST: oh s**t hold tight!!!
STARCRAFT MDX 221: oh s**t hold tight!!!
MINIGHT EXPRESS: hold my beer
Yer.. Hold my beer while i put some sun screen on.
🌞
👍😊🍺
Those Midnight Express boats are so cool to watch. They all cost more than my house.
Why can’t I stop watching this?
Sure mother in law you can sit there great view 😜😜😜
Yeah, I especially love seeing the $500,000 Sailboat up on the
"Middle Ground" in Boston Harbor
(That's clearly marked with bouys and on the Charts) waiting 12 hours for the next high tide !!!
My first apartment in Miami overlooked the inlet from Bay Harbor Island. That is some crazy surf
That last boat was ridiculous to even be attempting to come through there smh.
"But instead she wind up taking a massive pounding"
Must be one of "those" cruises... 🤔
ROFLMAO!!!, What EXACTLY was on your mind???????? HA HA HA HA HA
The Red Top captain proves you don't need power to party.

I love this channel
see thats why i dont do boats on open water lol love this XD
