How To: Boat Setup for Wakeboarding - Tige 23RZX

- Here's a rundown of how I set up my Tigé 23 RZX when I go wakeboarding!
This wake is a ton of fun to ride with all the ballast full, but the boat is also super versatile and friendly for the riders who aren't looking to ride a huge wake all the time.
My settings are all the ballast full at around 22.6mph, with a 75 ft rope.

Hi Jake, my toe side ramp is clean but my heel side ramp is super frothy. How do you change that? In these videos, when you hit a ramp the other side is frothy for a smooth landing, and then you hit that frothy side, which is all of a sudden clean and now the other side is frothy for a smooth landing. I was just wondering how you adjust that and switch it from frothy to clean. Anything helps! Thanks!
Hey! So I have my boat weighted so it is right in between fully clean on both sides. When the weight is all full it can be tricky to get both sides clean, but I try to weight it pretty evenly. What you are seeing is when I edge out it pulls the boat over towards that side, cleaning Up the side of the wake that I’ll be hitting. Hope that makes sense!
I can never find good info on how to fill a wake boat in general for wakeboarding
Hey Grant! Every boat is a little bit different, so there's no "one size fits all" approach. Just takes messing with it to find the right balance for your boat and skill level. I know about most Tige's and ATX's so if you have any questions about those boats specifically I should be able to help!

Bow ballast around 70%
rear ballast full
taps on 3
My rope is 75ft and speed is 22.5mph. Hope that helps!
Are you riding on stock ballast? I found a 2020 rzx3 that I’m going to go look at
I ride stock ballast and about 700lbs of lead. Love it!
Any idea if the RZX hull the same as the ATX hull? Would the ATX throw the same wakeboard wake with these settings?
The RZX hull is different from atx. I usually ride ATX with less weight in the bow and Taps at 3
What size of rope you use on this set up
I ride at 75ft!
