Who the hell do Michael Alig and Ernie Glam think they are? Michael Alig spearheaded a countercultural youth movement based on the concept of the Warholian "anti-Celebrity" and became King of the Club Kids before inspiring the film Party Monster, starring Macaulay Culkin. He is currently painting masterpieces of artwork; working on his autobiography, Aligula; designing a club kid-inspired clothing line called Skroddleface; directing a NYC art collective called Countdown and recording a new dance single. One of the original club kids, Ernie Glam is a journalist and irreverent talk show host by day, Underground clothing designer and stylist-to-the-stars by night; catch him - -if you can get past the red velvet ropes -- at the city's hottest nightclubs and parties.

Hi! I just wanted to tell you guys that you were right, sort of! Even though most hand held digital pets were/are called Tamagotchi, there was a Pikachu version. :) You can easily find it on Google. Yup! I had the Pikachu version. You'd walk around and use the step points to modify the character, but I remember it kept resetting which removed a lot of the fun.
I know he met him you as club kids in New York! SO COOL! One of those things I really wish I could’ve been there for.

Michael, you're fabulous! I find you so inspiring! I love your spirit! I'm obsessed with Manson also... how lucky is he to meet you, and you to meet him!? Let alone be friends with each other.. totally jealous! I met Marilyn in 2013 at a Meet and Greet in Canada, I would love to meet you tho! I would die... lol... I saw the same tour you just saw in Toronto Canada. It was amazing! Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did :)

Lol Manson is irrelevant now and kinda always has been. Even when I was 20 I thought it was all noise. That being said, any success he achieved much like rupaul was due to their hard work and dedication to their craft. No way do they owe michael alig any kind of thanks for their success. Another example of michael needing to try to stay relevant. I know he is dead now but when he got out of prison he should have did what riggs did. Get an education and change his life. Instead he chose to suck the energy out of the few friends that gave him a second chance and never learned that drugs would eventually kill him. I pitty michael. It is wasted potential to make something of himself. Ernie was a great friend to him. Sometimes the past is just the past and not everything needs to be rehashed.
Manson is more relevant then you will EVER be.

Thanks for answering my question. I thought Walt reminded me of Benatar when he was interviewed in the shockumentary. The way he was made up was reminiscent of an early Pat Benatar.
