Will Diluted Super Clean Still Foam?

While doing the wash and decontamination on that 65 mustang I had the question of whether or not Super Clean Foaming degreaser would still foam if you were to dilute it. Of course I always have more wheels and tires to clean. So in this video we are going to dilute some regular Super Clean, throw it in the their foaming degreaser bottle and see what happens. Make sure to stay until the end for my final thoughts on whether or not you should buy Super Clean Foaming.
