I bought a cannon shake brand new from tractor supply in 2019 went to open it last week and the shaft connected to the turn handle broke off inside the shape nothing to do with the keypad that works fine contact a Canon quite a lengthy ordeal they wanted pictures receipts even a video of the battery once the escalated it to a warranty item they told me it would take 15 to 20 days before they could get to it my advice is if you need something out of your shape before 2 to 3 weeks do not buy this item I am already going to get a better shape and transfer my items then I will probably about give this piece of junk away thank you for your time
