i have this safe and my handle spins freely, the thing is that something has come off inside and i cant open it at all. the lock works perfect but the handle just spins and yes i have made sure the allen screws in the handle are tight ...it's something inside ....No clue what to do

im having the same problem. it wont take the combination and the handle spins with resistance, and theres no allen screws on mine.
What about when the weld fails inside and the whole shaft falls out?
Absolutely junk, and their customer service is awful
