worst company ever. Takes forever for customer service to respond to emails or phone calls. and 2 months to get parts shipped.

So I did this, but I did not have my bars in the outward position, and now my code will unlock the door. You can hear it unlock, but the bars will not slide out.

im having the same problem. it wont take the combination and the handle spins with resistance, and theres no allen screws on mine.

So what is the number for the combination if I never used it before. I have been using the electronic pad and now it beeps twice but the safe does not open. Can I use the dial to gain access? What would be the combination

I am a property preservation vendor and we have one of these safe in the house of A Foreclosed Vacant Property that I am Currently Servicing...and the real estate agent is wanting it open...the guy that lived here is dead. He passed away and we do not have the combination to open it. Is there any specific way to get in it or get a reset to be able to get into this safe and show the bank or the client of Any liability when the house Sells?

I changed the batter for the first time. I changed the 9volt battery, now my code does not work. Tried more than 4 times, nothing. Waited the 5 mins tried to change the code...nothing the door is locked open.

Well I've learned one thing if nothing else; your product is a piece of sh*t...

Dealing with the same issue. Cannot get in my safe! NL keypad failed and now have a replacement that will require drilling. So dissapointed in our $1,000 purchase from Tractor Supply. Worked great for a year and a half, long enough for the warranty to expire. Customer service for Cannon is mimimal at best. At one point was directed to use a rubber mallet on the door near the locking points. Locksmith is going to be expensive but need to get at our valuables, am I right? Never again will we purchase a Cannon product.

It is highly advisable to remove this sticker from your safe. Remember how Liberty Safe gave out the combination to law enforcement by just asking? There is nothing to say any other manufacturers won't do the same. Remove this sticker when you buy it and replace it with a fake one or nothing at all. A fake serial number will likely cost them even more time than none at all.

My experience with this company ever since they bought siege as you never get any help your warrantees are worthless. You’re going to spend out-of-pocket to get a locksmith or a safe Smith to come and open your safe and then you could put your safe out to the trash.

LMAO my cannon safe did well for 8 years now does not want to open then I discovered how easy it is to get it open simple measurements when it was open and apart tells you where to drill pretty sad what’s worse is I emailed for customer service three times no response call on hold forever just no customer service at all. They are just to busy for me I won’t buy another safe from them just look inside the door drywall doesn’t cover entire door no fire calking just tossed together with China writing inside an American made safe less than impressed

Someone messed up my Liberty,... so I bought a cannon and put my stuff in it. But they said it was hard to Open? It's bee 4 years and its still working fine.

i have this safe and my handle spins freely, the thing is that something has come off inside and i cant open it at all. the lock works perfect but the handle just spins and yes i have made sure the allen screws in the handle are tight ...it's something inside ....No clue what to do

Canon safes are horrible because the electronic actuator inside goes out!! And when it does which it will!! It doesn't matter if you put the correct code in 80 times even with new batteries even dated to 2030 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ You have to pay for a locksmith to come drill a big ass hole in your safe which makes it no good in order to get your valuable guns out of it!!

I call mine the four day test. I had it four days, now going on 16 business days without a resolution to repair / fix this POS safe.

Thanks worked first go around. My wife just got me a 24 rifle cannon and I lost the paperwork and was stuck using default pw. Your video got me back in business with a clean sense of security.

DO NOT BUY A CANNON SAFE!!!! I’m currently locked out of my safe because the locking mechanism with not unlock. Tried the battery trick, rubber mallet trick, everything. Cannon will not pay for a locksmith to drill it out? Anybody know how to get into it with this issue. Tap point possibly?

Absolutely the worst warranty and the biggest group of liers when it comes to customer service and warranty work. Lorena refused to let me talk to a supervisor and refused to send my call to the warranty department. My safety has had issues from day one. And it's been over 2 years and still no warranty. I will be contacting all local distributors so that hopefully with enough complaints they will stop ordering and carrying their products

What a joke!!!! It shows you the quality of their product when after 10 years you have to completely replace the locking mechanism. To make matters worse; apparently Cannon no longer has the locking mechanism that came with my safari safe. They sent me the new mechanism (with no directions), which does not wok in my particular safe.
