I bought a Canon shake from tractor supply in 2019 when I went to open it last week the shaft connected to the spin handle broke off inside the safe contacted Canon quite a lot of information they needed serial numbers receipts pictures even a video of the battery which had nothing to do with my problem once they escalated it to a warranty item they told me it would take 15 to 20 days before they would get someone to come out and open it in the meanwhile I am going to buy another safe and transfer my items once they open it then I am going to sell this piece of junk for whatever I can get tractor supply is fine but the Canon warranty people leave a lot to be desired thank you for your time just commenting on this to delete my frustration
Same exact issue here. I had it four days. It’s now been 16 business days and they will not confirm an appt to repair / replace. What resolution did you get? I’m about ready to file legal proceedings on them.
I will never own a Cannon safe anymore. It takes me 10-15 attempts at the keypad to get it unlocked. Customer service is no help and does not respond to emails and phone calls.
