Congratulations on 1 million subscribers! This is the absolute best channel for calisthenics out there! It teaches you excercises that actually help you to have a healthier body and not just show off! I love u guys keep it up!
Another good tip is to move your hands away from each other when in a plank position. It makes it harder by bringing the shoulders to a neutral position. Most of us tend to be internally rotated in the shoulders throughout the day by sitting, working etc, so it's a good way to fight back on that.

I'd go with intermittent fasting to utilize the ketonic state for fat burning. Stay away from sugar and starchy carbs, period. Eat steamed or roasted veggies to you content with enough nuts, avo (fats) and watery but high nutrition density greens to fill you up. Input does NOT equal output concerning food. Resetting your insulin sensitivity is the ONLY permanent way to lose fat.
He is absolutely spot on, his directives are very detailed and I have found one of the right places to get some workout done. Dude is a mix of Animation and Reality, i wish i have such features so i can confuse a lot of people if am real or not. Great body structure.

This guy needs to talk to a few physio’s and experts and see how much wear over curving and stressing your spine can make, I dare you to try squatting with a curved spine and loose abs like that you’ll fall on the ground pretty fast

Hi Alex & Sven, I was wondering if you think deadlifts are optimal for developing a strong lower back, glutes and hamstrings, and what bodyweight exercises would be good when there's no barbell available. Also, I'm struggling to integrate strength training with bouldering 3 times a week, do you have any tips on that?
During the first several times I was trying to do planks I thought I was doing them correctly since I was feeling some tension in my abbs, but the not so much tension that the discomfort felt beyond bearable. But I eventually found out that I was still doing planks incorrectly since when I did proper form when doing planks yeasterday, the discomfort I felt in my abbs felt beyond bearable. Sadly if the discomfort I feel when doing a exercise has to feel beyond bearable inorder for me to benefit from it. No wonder why there isn't very many men with big muscles.
