this is good one example for coating spk.
I tought Aquaplas is a form of paster, how did you manage to apply it by spraying?
Bullet proof cones are made exactly like that…
How are you measuring the aquaplas applied? Shouldn’t you measure then apply?
It is measured with an application loss ratio. Let dry...weigh cone...apply more as needed to reach desired mass.
How get paint this ?
خطاء فادح
That would change the rigidity of the cone.
That's exactly the point of this process. It's the coating of the cone for my True Reproduction recone kit for the JBL 2213/123A-3/123A-1. Several other recone kits go through the same process. Weigh/spray/measure/repeat until the correct moving mass is achieved. Aquaplas adds rigidity, mass, damping to the cone.

hello what is the paint code please help 🙏🙏🙏
Hello...It's not a paint. It's Aquaplas.
Is it a regular paint?
No. Aquaplas is the identical material used by JBL for specific properties to add mass, stiffness, and damping to the cone.
@@redspotaudio proprietary info. I'm sure you'll understand.
@@redspotaudio thanks very much...appreciated. Maybe one day when I'm done, I'll spill the beans 🤣
@Ken Haerr Would you happen to know where A person could get just the voice calls for 2213 are 123a?
What is the material?
Aquaplas. Identical material used by JBL.
Only on the front?
