My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and help inspire to explore Ghana.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.
Jasmine, thank you so much for featuring Ghanaian diasporan returnees. In fact some of them are doing well.
God bless them. The Ghanaians should learn more from them and be educated that it's not rosy up there in Europe and the Americas.
thank you once again jasmine.
💕
I heard about Konzoom from a couple of other CZcamsrs; my mum and sister were in Ghana over the Christmas period so I thought I'd try Konzoom to get them a surprise grocery delivery. The ordering process was FANTASTIC. I was impressed at that stage but my mind was blown at the quality and delivery process. My mum and sister were impressed with the service. Great job Konzoom. I would absolutely recommend! Inspiring that the return is possible!! Great job
Great review....Thanks for sharing. Seems like a company I should try out when in Ghana.
Their service is amazing xx
The healing in Ghana is so different
@Jasimine The thing I love about the lady is how realistic, upfront and truthful she was.
Same 🥰
What a great example of working hard to achieve your dream. Wishing you all the best.
Successful people choose the hard way 🙂. It's all about vision and mindset.
Aww I’ve visited this store. She is so lovely and kind 🥰
We should stop comparing cost of living with the west. It will help us save money in Ghana.
All the money I’ve spent renting in Gh over the years just bcs it’s cheaper rent rates than America ....has been my poison. I could’ve built houses with the rent monies by now.
@@teeyuh8726, True. Information is very important.
It takes years (5 years and up) for any business to become solidified.
True xx
Impressive! Small steps. Definitely will pay off. Keep going Konzoom, one day at a time! Will definitely swing by to shop anytime am in GH to support ya! Beautiful smile I might add. Cheers
Love to see this type of content. Only thing that concerns me about some business owners is the potential of harmful products that are popular in the west or elsewhere being sold/consumed in Ghana. This could also take away jobs from the native entrepreneurs. Keep Africa Pure
Keep Africa Pure? Are you aware that Ghana was under colonial rule and are accustomed to European made processed foods? Plus these merchants don't import the food they sell. It's already imported and sold everywhere.
There are thousands of European and other foreigners living in Ghana who consume these products.
We as black people live healthier on the continent 🇯🇲❤️ the cold climate isn't for us
I have been saying that thanks I love Jamaica 🇯🇲
Facts .💯💯
Facts👍
Ceciliaa . I met her briefly some years ago. Such a lovely lady.
Wow I’m happy she is in business. But he needs a business mentor. They spent way too much. Great show J.A. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I think the local businesses in Ghana should be organized and create a page online where they would be visible where people can source their products if needed.
Not a bad idea x
I think Ghana is business central! Ghanaians are so successful and brilliant, especially when it comes to planning and executing a business plan.
What I must say though, the companies that offer woodwork and carpentry services do not seem to be very reliable.
overall, this was very informative. Another successful entrepreneur😄
💕
I wish Cecilia all the best with her business. She is my favorite of all the interviews you have had.

Comfort zone? The west is still plantation and the sad thing is some of us see the plantation as a comfort zone like some of our ancestors did. WAKE UP
Yeah definitely necessary to come out of your comfort zone if you want to make anything happen 🥰
@@JasmineAmaa Sure you are right 👌
Cheers 👍💖My Lovely sisters in Ghana 🇬🇭😍💪🤞

Ewura Ama please tell her that She can get Foriegn Vegetables lke Onions ,Carrots ,Potatoes from Holland at the Agbogbloshie Market. .
Train the workers and make them feel they are part of the business. But don't let them close to where you collect the cash and keep your eyes on your inventory.
How can you make them feel they are part of the business, when they are not allowed near the cash or inventory
Wow
Hey Jasmine ❤
Helloo
Ms jasmine do you think if I open a business that I train individuals to be professional house helpers, receptionist, office and store helpers etc. .Will this be a good idea. Basically a customer service oriented business trainer.
Hello🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭💯🙏

Ghana kool people
Hello Miss Jasmine please can u check on why the screen keeps going on and off sometimes
Those are transitions. I may have to use less of them xx
❤❤❤
When these countries give you the chance to make money, you can return. If you do not hzve money, you have to stay until you get it.
👍
I would love to connect with this store owner. I am a couponer and I think I could really help her.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Congratulations my lady when God permit I will definitely come to chop at your store, I wish you guys all the success in Jesus name amen.
Becareful of the imported tin food.
You look super beautiful today.
Thank you so much
If u made the money pls come back home.
Ama, you have been in Ghana for a long time to know that you do not need license to sell alcohol. Don’t you have “Blue kiosks” in your area where you can knock on the door at dawn and buy the favorite Akpeteshie?
Not something I ever really thought about xx
I feel once u have ur schooling here n move out u will always not feel comfortable,is like u always missing something back
So true
The fact that they could take a loan for 20,000 euros is a huge example of the Western privilege . How many people in Ghana wanting to start a business can get a loan like this of this amount? It is fairly easy to get loans in the West . Credit cards , home equity loans , and the interest rates are usually quite low . We should stop questioning why Ghanaians want to leave the country and discount our privileges' coming from the West and our ability to finance our life and business in Ghana with Western money!
Translate into french please
I’m
Back again
Missed u

She’s from Ghana. For other people it’s hard because people are so untrustworthy there. It’s hard to even buy land without being scammed. I’ll stay in the west or go to Rwanda. Rwanda is the only country ready for change.
Safe journey 👏🏻
Not all Ghanaians are scammers. You cannot generalise or let people deceive you into slamming Ghana completely. That is foolish. I have heard good things about some estate agents Jasmine and even Wode Maya have showcased some good estate agents. Also millions of people have bought land without trouble who don’t go in you tube like the disappointed ones to say their purchase went smoothly
@@kwamescratch6727 Dude stfu stay mad in dirty Ghana.
@@forward_ever_backward_neve3006 Yes I have seen some really good agents too. But the people in general aren’t trustworthy. The government is also crooks . Ghana is beautiful but the people are shady. Same as in Nigeria and Kenya. Sorry it’s the truth.
@@forward_ever_backward_neve3006 No one gets scammed out of land here in America. Everyone buying should have smooth transactions. Not just some
This is the 2nd star Avenue person I'm seeing on your channel. I grew this wonderful lady at Kokomlemle. Cecilia
Bring America NESQUIK
Strawberry one 🤤 I been searching American stores for it too each time I’m here.
Freeeeeereeeee and no LGBTQ.
Hi Jasmine 😊 I’d like to come to Ghana to get involved in chocolate business, buying from the Ghanaian companies that process chocolate. I’d like to create a market for the product globally.
Feel free, what’s stopping you
Me also. Im from the Caribbean. Where are you based?
Ama but ur title says Germany, and u said UK 🇬🇧?
She said that in the video
She was in Uk to do Masters
