🔥 archer are one of my favorite as well. Just as pike&handstand push ups, but I think they are more for the shoulders than the chest.

Bro do u only do push ups or another ecercises in the gym like bench press , for chest.
I believe that he doesn’t go to the gym at all. All of his muscle comes from bodyweight workouts.
Sir can you make a video for nutrition to build muscle? Just all natural if you can. Cos i know training is important, but gaining muscle is hard without not enough knowledge about nutrition. I hope you can make a video on that. Thanks and God bless you all🙏☝️❤️

Use your knees for doing the exercises!
Just do regular pushups. 3 to 5 sets to failure, then move on to some core or something. These excercises are good for someone who has a lot of strength from many month or years of training. Don't be discouraged, just do something strenuous every day, dtay hydrated, and eat right.
