Should I be worried if I feel an insignificant difference in vision between one eye and the other? I recently noticed that my left eye sees very, very slightly better than my right eye, I can't tell if it's something I've had for years and just noticed or if it started recently.
usually amblyopia occurs when there is a larger amount of difference (anisometropia), but it CAN occur even when there is just 1 diopter of difference between the 2 eyes.
Perhaps it is the population that is attracted to our office, but I see many who have not done well with LASIK. IT may very well be that people who have had LASIK successfully, need no further treatment

How much is very serious?
1 diopter?

I have myopia in one eye -1.25 and astigmatism -0.25. I am 22 years old. Is LASIK useful? Or it can be like monovision?
