A good way for me personally to get motivated is by setting small, achievable goals. A 5 min workout video is definitely a good start. Just do this every other day until you build enough strength to add to it. Keeping your bigger goal in mind.

Pilates and yoga are so underated. This video 3-4 times in a row is a really nice exercise flow.

Can the table top moves be done from plank position? I’ve had both knees replaced and I can’t do the table top.
Unfortunately Plank Couldn’t make sense anatomy wise. simply skip any poses that dont work. Always modify yoga for your body ❤️❤️
