Great info, thanks. I noticed when I got into the habit of having a few drinks in the evening after work, I would "fall asleep" much earlier than usual and wake up a little earlier and even though I would be in bed for 8-9 hours; I wouldn't feel rested and would be sluggish and tired throughout the day.

Thanks for the kind words. I was in the same boat many moons ago (12 years and counting) when I still drank.
My commute was 90 minutes. I was always so tired. I had a really tough time keeping my eyes open. There were days that I would even have to pull over to sleep for a few minutes. It was rough. The first thing I noticed when I quit drinking was how this never happened again. I don't even need caffeine in the morning anymore. That would have been impossible back then.
      Thanks for sharing!
