Ranting reviews are fun. Positive reviews are refreshing. Please do more of these in addition to your long vids.
Finally, a book that makes krimson rogue feel warm and bubbly inside... And not warm and bubbling with rage. I'm happy I pre-ordered this now. Great review Krimson
It's nice to hear about something good from you for once, I probably won't read it myself but it says a lot when you've felt so strongly about a book to give it a positive review on your channel
loved the visuals in this video! very captivating and it helped set the atmosphere of the book, which IMO makes the review more effective. And as a few others have said, I appreciate the positivity in this one, too much negativity (while entertaining), can be kind of exhausting. great video! i'll definitely be checking the book out, looks like it's on kindle unlimited so i have nothing to lose.
This was a pleasant surprise to see in my feed. Sci-fi isnt usually my thing but you make the book sound interesting enough that I may try it out.

I like Sci fi books, so a good review on a one makes me want to pick it up.
A word of criticism, though: the music in the video felt a bit loud. It made it hard for me to focus on your words at times.
Love the edit skills and visuals, missed your face a little bit bc I was so used to seeing you talk there on your majestic book throne. Loved the video! Might actually buy it, but my to read list is so huge.
I love the long ranty reviews but its nice to see a review for book i might actually want to read 🤙🏻
Vampires living in a futuristic sci-fi setting is not an idea I've really heard before, but has a lot of potential. Great review and great editing, Krim!

I always thought vampires are a good fit with Cyberpunk. And Arcologies get underused in fiction so I appreciate that.

I think the last reveiw broke him a bit. This one is so short. Also always good to see a scifi. I love fantasy, but even I'll admit it overshadows scifi a bit to much.
And the sequel to Lightlark has recently come out. That one would probably be fourteen hours long. 😅

It took me awhile to realize that the dancing 3D anime girls weren't based on the characters in the book you're talking about and were just random. That was distracting.

Interesting choice of visuals. Impressive editing skills, especially in the transitions, but the dancing girls were a little distracting - I found myself looking away in order to try to pay attention to your review.

Same here! Would personally prefer usual book throne set-up with the new edits in between. There is just something very sincere about Krim just sitting and talking about a book. + pets and their cameos!

I understand you learned a new thing and that's exciting, but the intro and transitions are too long. Also the B-roll and background music are too busy, they're distracting and make it hard for me to focus on what you're saying. I like that your channel is just you talking about books, that's why I'm here.
Yeah I agree it felt too compressed. Tone down the volume of the background music, you’re not making a Rick Rubin album.
