I pray the holy spirit reveals the truth to Billy, I know how much it means to you Chynna. I have a son-in-law and son that are at the same place as Billy...they believe in God they just don't know him. Once that encounter happens there is just no denying. I am so glad that God sent Jesus and that God is the God of the bible....what a blessing that we have a father that cared enough to actually come down here in human form and give us his word and to actually pay the price for us. Once I knew the God of the bible I told God if he is like that then I truly want to know him...my life has never been the same since! Prayers for your Billy, please pray for my Jared and Jack.
One thing to note, Billy as an actor has a lot of creativity and he probably has a slight internal conflict with the roles and scripts he takes to support you and the Kids Chy, I know you can probably support yourself, but Billy is a creative... He has heart and loves God, give him a bit more religious space, and it will work out...... Some of Billy's best work may seem dark, but come on.... He's great as an Artist and sometimes it conflicts with religion or blind faith trust in ideas, gods or things........... He has a heart with Jesus in it.... he is not unsure, just have faith and give him a bit of space on this issue... just my suggestion or opinion.... Be Well 🕊️

To the people who replied...when you are saved and someone you love especially a family member isn't it's not easy to not want to preach give chynna a break and pray for her it's not easy to know the truth and have to deal with unsaved folks..

We are with Trinity Church and work with the homeless...It was great to hear you Chynna explain how having faith the size of a mustard seed can bring you to Jesus... we have planted many seeds throughout the years in Jesus name through our work.... and we give Him all the glory. I was raised up in the Catholic Church. And am a born again Christian. Billy has a heart for Christ. You're both warriors. And you both do the hard work!
As a Catholic, you must know we believe in the Holy Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. How can anyone but God judge if the Holy Spirit resides in one’s heart.

At the end of the day, you can't ask any more of your husband, he loves you, supports you, supports your choice in faith, In the same respect you have to offer him the same, love him, support him, and support his difference in faith. My father and stepmother are similar she is very Christian, and my dad ended up going to a church he believed in, a different faith then her, but they respected their differences in faith, and she never forced her faith on my father, and in doing so he went from no church affiliation, to going to church, but at his level... success in everythg is not forcing oneself on the other, but trying to see life thru the others eyes. His way is 100 percent right just as your's is 100 percent right....marriage success is compromise, sometimes the less you ask for is the way to getting more than you hoped for!! The fact that Billy is going to church with you and praying with you is fantastic! He will get there at his own pace. You feel the call to “preach”. Not everyone does feel that call. Billy’s relationship with Christ has to be his relationship.
Sometimes our good intentions pushes people away. They feel pressured. I'm very zealous for God. Very. I have to be patient and not go gangsta' for Jesus on them. It's hard not to! Pray for wisdom to know when to be quiet.
China, your job is to plant the seed, be the light, nothing else, the rest is between God and each individual. each person's journey, to a deep relationship, with Jesus is personal. if you push, and keep asking why they do not see, walk as strongly as you, or have questions, remember the disciples had the same, even seeing what they did, walking with their savior, and even just before the crucifixion. they had doubts, if we take over God's work, pushing them to faith, and relationship, then what need for the holy spirit? So, I'm a little behind on my Cal Preaching shows. I want to say to Billy, I am in the middle of breast cancer treatment, 8mo of chemo, double mastectomy, radiation, and now 9mo of immuno, and I work in an ER psych unit with the mentally ill, addicted and homeless people usually at their lowest. You are bringing a smile to me with the fact that this is who God has placed on your family and on your heart to help. Chynna, I am blessed and encouraged every time I watch another Cal Preaching. I pray for you and your whole extended family for salvation through Jesus Christ and for putting yourself out there, flaws and all. You are a beautiful sister. God bless!

His childhood and life was different than yours. My husband heard part of this and said that men are different than women. They express feelings about God differently. I'm sorry. This comment was a bit difficult to read. Chynna and Billy's son had cancer, and this is a very personal issue for both of them. Billy's mom worked on cancer research. Almost everyone has lost a loved one to cancer (including me). It is a wonderful cause. We don't have to elevate one in order to elevate others. There is room for work on all of the issues.

Not everyone knows what mentally ill , uneducated , displaced or disabled people experience and that too needs research and support. And lastly perhaps some support for those who are trying to escape the cult of Scientology , highly controversial load of nonsense that is harmful and dangerous especially for children.

Truth
Just keep praying and shining God's light to Billy. The seeds you planted will not return void and the harvest will come in God's perfect timing. Sometimes God wants us to place it all in His hands so He can get the glory and so He can MOVE. It's so hard to do when we love people and want them in heaven for eternity. We want so badly for them to be saved and born again, but all we can do is fast, pray and thank God for what he is doing and will do in the future for our loved ones. Thank you Jesus in advance because we have FAITH that you are going to call our loved ones home. ❤

I typed somethg very similar and then read a few comments and saw your reaction was similar to mine.... people have to be allowed to find how far down any road they want to walk. Doesn't make Billy wrong, or their marriage less if he doesn't exactly match Chy's way of thinking. That's part of any relationship whether marriage or friendship or parent/child. Everybody gets to walk their own walk and believe how far they want to believe!! The marriage is fine, the force of pushing one's belief is what could rock any marriage
I felt a lot of love for jesus in your discussion with Billy, you explained coming to the Lord in faith beautifully. Not pushy more shining a light on Jesus, giving Billy the opoortunity to see the true way. He was able to say exactly how he felt to you and is making his own steps towards the Lord, as you say its unique as your steps were unique chynna...I really like what you doooo and appreciate your realisations on God wanting you in your mess not your perfection !!! Billy has the True Way, his Path. He is fine, Chynna has the problem and she must heal her own Soul and find Help in doing that.
What I appreciate about this channel is that it displays people who are TRYING. Just TRYING every day. No one is perfect, and no one ever will be perfect, but TRYING to be as perfect as The Father in heaven IS PERFECT is all that anyone can do.

@jessiepanaro6185 I disagree. The holy spirit does not lead you to tell people how or what to do when it comes to God. It leads you to tell people about God and from there you let people find their path unless they ask you for help. She's wanting him to have the same experience as her and that makes sense because she loves him, but she's doing it forcefully. Billy has his God given right of free will. He will get there in his own time. He's a very smart man and will ask for help or advice when he needs it.

And here’s why that’s an erroneous assumption: God made each of us unique - so it stands to reason that each of our relationships to God will be unique. Billy’s relationship literally cannot be duplicative of Chynna’s - nor should he attempt for it to be or for Chynna to seek that. It’s obvious that Billy’s belief is strong - and that he seeks to both please God and do good with his life. No one knows what the impact Billy will have on- or has already had - on those around him. Chynna’s method of honoring God appeals to her audience - but Billy’s will likely appeal to others. Which is to say that in her effort to bring their mode of faith and worship into harmony, she may be unintentionally missing what Billy brings to the table.
I believe these two were brought together by God. Chynna appears to believe that because of this, it’s her responsibility to mold Billy’s faith into her image. Whereas I think they’re being called - as equally partners - support and assist one another. That’s the difference.
Chynna may need to express her faith in one way, and her husband may need to do so in a different - but no less devout - manner. What’s more, God may WANT to receive faith in a variety of ways. Just as there are farmers and carpenters and shepherds and priests - and all are necessary for people to survive, and all meet with favor in God’s eyes - so too will their means of glorifying God differ.
Devotion isn’t defined by how much “God speak” one engages in, but what’s in one’s heart. What matters isn’t what Chynna can see or understand or appreciate- but rather what God can. I understand that Chynna may get a little heartsick at the idea that Billy isn’t as externally expressive as she …that she may interpret that as something lacking or something Billy has the capacity to expand upon. But I see that as Chynna LACKING faith rather than HAVING great faith. As others have said, it’s fine to express yourself, but to go further is counter-productive. When speaking to a person of faith, questioning or doubting their sincerity - or trying to get them to “prove themselves” in certain ways - usually has the effect of making that person view YOUR interpretation of a faith-driven life negatively rather than inspiring them to act as you hope.

Thank you both for being transparent. This platform is giving couples a real look into resolving differences, and coming to compromises while still walking in love with one another. We can see how you two are committed to one another and love one another. We also see in your relationship that love is not always a feeling but a decision. May the Lord continue to use you two to be light in dark places.
Hi there from freezing Syr NY! I LOVE Billy’s idea of using a heart such as his and yours to find real purpose post raising kids. And I love even more the idea of focusing on kids. I think that government is not the answer at all, however. There are so many programs and policies for adult addicts and so much available for those who don’t have a regular home. Yes programs and policies can help but I think the bigger piece is changing the hearts of those toward God. Pray for willing hearts and their realization of God. Pray for direction and God will surely answer your prayer!! Billy so many kids in our country need father figures/role models… so many fatherless kids… maybe that is a solid idea… you are well

Precious couple I love you both. Billy is right there with you Chynna. My dad was a Mormon my mom was a southern Baptist. All she wanted was him to be on that Baptist pew with her. He was 75 when he went down to the front of the church and accepted Jesus. They had about 8 years in their walk together. He was almost 83 when he closed his eyes and went to be with the Lord. My mom is 88 she was younger by about 10 years. She is looking forward to seeing the Lord and my dad. God Bless you both on your walk. Vicki

My father-in-law was much like Chynna... And bc of that, it took 8 long years for me to find God after I met my husband... I needed God so much! But God had to reach me personally. He can do the same for you..
Try not to look at God through the Chynna lens. (There is a reason a prophet is without honor in his own hometown-- his neighbors see his warts, lol).

The way I see it, Billy is very open to having a relationship with Christ and I love his authenticity and how candid he is about his faith. The faith journey and salvation in Christ is different for everyone. Billy's relationship with God is between him and the Lord alone. Not all of our salvation journey happens at the same pace. God is working in your marriage, in your hearts and marriage relationship is what I see as I have been watching your videos for years. CORRECTION: you’ve incorrectly portrayed Catholicism. A person is saved by faith. Catholics are not required to do all the sacraments. Sacraments are useful for holiness and not a guarantee of heaven; they are a means of obtaining grace toward heaven. Catholics certainly know that the Bible is the written Word.

Billy, I am like you.....I AM spiritual but I am NOT religious. There is nothing wrong with it. I have a saying....when its my time to be shown something, I will see it. We don't get to the end of our journey with someone pounding it into us. We all have our own journeys and paths depending on what we are here to learn. No 2 paths are alike like no 2 people are alike. Chynna, accept that its Gods path for Billy, not Chynnas path for Billy. Turn it over to Him and stop questioning Billy on why he is not seeing things the way you do. Patience...God has patience, you need to have some too. Focus on your own path and let Billy have the time and the freedom to find his.

He would be doing it because someone else wanted it and would that make anyone happy? No because it would not be sincere. So back off and let that person find their own way like we were all put here to do. The problem is people think they know better than God and feel like forcing someone's beliefs onto someone else will be what he wanted and that is never what he wanted or he would never have given us brains to think for ourselves.

I think a lot of husbands feel a bit overwhelmed when kids leave the home because the wife was busy with the kids and suddenly she wants to spend all that extra time with her husband .It’s important that we have quality time together in a marriage, but it’s very important to continue cultivating our own life and interests as well! I had a great talk with my brother on what men look for in a wife. He said overall the beauty, men want a women who is positive and expresses joy when they come home and who is encouraging. Simple as that. The body and face can’t make up for that!

Right there is a man that has seemingly endless patience... I would've been out of there a long time ago...I don't let anyone push their religion or politics on me...Billy already had said that he is a believer in Christ...the difference is that he holds his beliefs closer to his vest than Chyna does... He doesn't have to beat the drums as loudly as she does about being a believer, and that's where he is most comfortable... I don't know if Chyna sees that about him...anyway, God bless you both... How awesome a marriage. I’ve been born again for 30 years and my hubby was a reluctant believer, it his heart fell in love with Jesus more and more over his 20 odd years of believing. He has never up to now burned as passionately as me, but he’s by my side walking the walk. Pray for Billy and let God be God. Loved finding this video.

That is such an awesome thought -- forwarding the issue to God, when you hate someone and can't forgive what they did to you...forward it to God, ask Him to hit the "Reset" button and give you HIS love, peace and forgiveness, knowing that He IS the God of justice and WILL call every deed to account (I just read that today, in Ecclesiastes (?); I think so). But yes, forward it to God. I was just telling Jesus today how very strong He is. I don't know how He bears this world's sin and sorrows.
