Chynna….there are several things you can do naturally to get past the sweating. First, Vitamin B, you might be deficient. Second, Dong quai is normally used with other herbal combinations. When paired with chamomile, it is known to help with hot flashes in women who are undergoing menopause. When paired with black cohosh it is believed to help with hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep for women undergoing natural menopausal changes.
I started menopause at 32!! Take 2 Black Kohosh a day and I promise the night sweats will STOP 🛑
I’m now 52 so 20 years of menopause Dr says I’m over it but I still have night sweats so idk. I’m going to give it to God!

Late 30s? May I ask if you started your period super early or had health issues? I ask because I started very early, fourth grade! Supposedly there is a connection between starting early and going into menopause early. I am 40 now and would love to know.
Me too, starting in my mid-30's. Not really sure when it ended but by 60 I was much better. 70 now!
I started mine when I was 9 and had some bouts with anorexia

I've heard that stress brings on hot flashes. I never really had them or night sweats. The worst part of womanhood was the PMS & the monthly thing. Cramps were way worse than the change.

I’ve been through menopause. And you’re right it is an emotional thing as well as a physical thing. I’m gonna be honest that for me, and for many others, the rage is almost unbearable. Do continue to work with your hormone therapist but also, sometimes you just have to hunker down and march through it. The other part that no one tells you is that on the other side of menopause is a bliss unimaginable. Part of it is because the wisdom kind of reigns down and part of it is because the libido clears up. It’s true that the work you’re meant to do on the planet becomes laser focused after menopause and Chynna - It’s glorious.
Chynna I think I went a bit crazy throughout menopause. Then my doctor told me a lot of women feel that way. The hot flashes were the worst, I’d be at work and could feel them coming on. Very embarrassing but the women I worked with had gone through it and reassured me it would all pass. I felt bad for my husband because I had crazy moods. But Jesus carried me through it all. He’s so faithful. Love your channel and witness. Bless you both on 28 years!

I’ve never had any menopausal symptoms. My period just stopped now at 55. I was so glad.. 40 years is wayyyy too long, at least for me..I’m watching my teenager who started her cycle at 14, she is 17 now.
I told her the older you are… when you start your cycle the longer you have it and the later you go into menopause. Billy and Chynna are too cute!

Chyna, Im 70 years old.O was so involved and n living ,and children wedding college grandchildren..I didnt have the me to worry about menapause.It was just another phase of life that I braved, siffered thrpugh. Wiped the sweat and went on....didnt even realize I was tbrough it before i knew it even happened.. Relax,, pray ,enjoy. Rach season of life you are in.

Mapping out the Bald Eagles 🦅and where you can locate them, sounds like a great adventure and you might as well Geocache while doing it. Have fun .... from N.Y.

Happy 28th Anniversary, Billy & Chynna! I love watching you guys and I love your love. I do remember that just a few months ago, Chynna, you were saying on Cal Preach how you guys were doing so well. Maybe 2-3 months ago? It doesn't seem like too long ago. Just a thought: maybe think back to then and what was different then. I know there are dynamics beyond what any of us are (appropriately) privy to, but if you can think about what has changed since then, maybe it will help to get back to a more solid feeling. You guys have shared that Chynna is now doing Cal Preach or Cal Heal most of every day, 7 days/week. Maybe there is something in there to consider adjusting so that there is enough time to rest, connect as a couple and as individuals away from work and ministry. Just a thought! You guys' idea about researching animals was so creative! Perhaps also hiking, biking, social time as a couple with mutual friends, traveling, etc, etc.

One more idea I just had for you guys! Maybe you could find some charitable/philanthropic/ministry causes you could collaborate on? I know Billy has a huge heart for philanthropy. Maybe there is some joint work you guys could do on something that would be fun and life-giving to you as a couple and be something really meaningful you could share? Just an idea!

Chynna! I took Macca root when menopause began. It is in the form of a supplemental capsule. I prayed and took Macca root, and completely SKIPPED menopause! My body quietly went through the change with NO outward and uncomfortable symptoms.

When I went to sleep at 39, the next morning was my 40 th birthday. I needed glasses. When I woke up to my 50th birthday I never had another menstrual cycle. Such is life... I strangely mourned the demise of my female reproductive life. " To everything turn,turn, turn.." By God's grace the days still go on.

I think I breezed thru menopause because I made a smoothy every morning with about a half cup of soy milk. Soy has the hormones for estrogen. I"m almost 70 now, and I put a tablespoon or so of soy milk in my coffee one or two times a week...my skin is good and I have no grey hair! So try soy milk for good lady hormones ladies! And Chy, I've been a subscriber for quite awhile now!!! I admire your commitment to Christ, and being OUTLOUD about it!!! Bless you, girl.
