Well not all of it has been dispersed. Actually, Jon Kerry just spoke on it at an event hosted by Time magazine.
Go to a gas station, I’m sure you do. You can clearly see that that EV petrol is the cheapest.
Then if you look at manufacturing jobs and talk to a 20something that likes to work, they will tell you they are making tons of money making wind turbines/batteries/solar. It’s actually enough money to have a family and support them.
      How do I know this?!?
Well I have a 24 year old daughter. And she is married to a kid that builds wind turbines. They travel all over the US. Making a TON of money. Getting bonuses, and cashing in. They will have enough to build a sustainable home in the next 6 months. And there are 1,000’s of American’s just like them!
See WE might be old and dumb. But the people that have to live here after we die, they know where their bread is buttered. It’s just like the plan that FDR rolled out after the stock market collapsed. When American for starving, and homeless.
I don’t think anyone even knows how many jobs this administration has brought back to our country. Not that I care about that shit, it’s greed that got us here to begin with…but appealing to the masses is what we do.

When people are sloppy and make a lot of assumptions, they tend to make wonderous pronouncements, and are certain to the point of arrogance. If they're aware of the limitations of the theorem, they tend to carefully equivocate, and a straight answer is difficult to draw from them.

Say, what does that mean? Less sun means more warming? YES!! That is what the climate science aliterate are saying. The sun, and less heat from the sun, controls the temps. Heck, we never did see CO2, therefore it doesn't exist.
