Although I have not watched the entire drama, but saw a scene where he physically abused Meesha too, pushed her when she was pregnant. I am keenly awaiting to see how the writer concludes Asfi's character. A mere regret on his part cannot absolve him of his sins.

Pakistani dramas have made the violence against women a norm for the audiences. I'm a college student here in NYC. A professor once showed us a movie in class where a guy slapped a girl, all the students were shocked and astonished at the scene and I was sitting there calmly like nothing happened. It had me thinking why wasn't I shocked as everyone else, and trust me when I tell you I got my answer while watching a Pakistani drama that we are so used to seeing women being hit in every drama that it has maybe become a part of our subconscious

I think they are brilliant and the director has done a good job in maintaining their character/persona while in childhood and now as adult. I mean they are so believable not only by looks but also their tone and performance.

When it comes to Ismael, I feel like Imran Ashraf played such an amazing good character in Mushk, you could tell from his eyes this character is a good person just by looking at his performance. Our actors need to learn from Imran how to switch between opposite characters on screen.

Gohar Rasheed is a fine actor , one of very few educated and talented actors of our times . I don’t agree that he is not doing justice to the character.. He is portraying a complex character with brilliance, as we can see where he is coming from and we can feel what he is going through .

I just only want to mention this thing that the character of Javaid Sheikh shown in Prem gali is actually Saba Pervaiz's (shireen) husband 😊When they show us flash backs of shireen and his husband they show Shahzad sheikh as a husband of Shireen ( now he is grown up 😂)and that day of shadi he send a gift which shireen never delivered to Zoha ( javaid sheikh's daughter)
