I'll take the 8th gen. Turbo charged engines and cvt's in the newer models won't be as reliable.
Took the words out my mouth
I don't really care about interior
It's longevity for me
Seen many an issue with the turbo and CVT
Wrong. I have a 2017 accord LX. The CVT runs great if you keep up on the trans fluid change intervals. 40mpg consistently.
My 8th Gen 2.4 4 cyl 350k mi and still going strong. Not going to say that about Turbos and CVTs
To be honest I don't like the 10th generation
The 9th Gen has a way better design.
I own an 8th gen EX V6 with just under 36k miles. I’ve upgraded headlights and taillights for a more modern look and added a widescreen CarPlay head unit (relocating the oem screen). NOBODY believes it’s a 2008 model year
what tail lights did u upgrade too?
I still have my 8th gen with 220k miles on it. I driveit all over the country. The interior is dated andthe interior is slightly noisy but the big buttons are very practical and do not steal your focus. If you want one bad enoughyou can add a touch screen stereo. Also dude is correct that it is slow but it gets over 30 mpg on the highways. You will not win a race.
ive won plenty & i have a 4cylinder
gotta make sure that air is off intake kicks in real quick & drop down to d3 you"ll be surprised how much power your sitting on in that old age
Tbh I don’t think it’s dated that bad. It’s functional and crisp.😊
I have a '21 Accord Touring 2.0T that is amazing! You get so much car for the money and it is tons of fun to drive.
The 8th gen is not a mess honestly, just dated a bit.
Impressive review, thanks!
It's weird that I think the 8th generation looks sportier and better than the 8th generation.
Huh?
I agree the 8th gen looks quite sportier than the 8th gen 😂
😬😬😬 whoops. I meant the 8th generation is better looking than the 9th.

I love my 2014 EXL… roomy and great smooth drive sleek as well
Very informative 👍🏾 but honestly the 8th Generation is the best one.
This is an extremely good video
I will buy six 9th generation Honda accords and six 10th generation Honda Accords, and I think I will be set for life!!
2009-2017 sport or v6
Back in December 2021 I got a 2013 EXL four-cylinder with only 40000 miles, and I do not regret that purchase!! Hopefully my 2013 will hold up in the years to come!!
I have same car mine was bought new 2013 accord lx..170k miles
@@donovanfahrbach2493 is that what you have now? I just hit 69000 miles on mine!
I'll take one of each gen, please. At first I didn't like the 10th gen, but it's grown on me. Not the first time that's happened to me with Honda. Honda has a way of making you eventually fall in love with their cars even if you don't like the looks initially.
Which generation is the most reliable? Thanks
8th
9th
I can only comment on my experience. I have only driven the 8th generation. It had roughly 86,000 miles when I got it. It is currently over 150,000 miles and has had minimal issues. I have also kept up on regular maintenance.
Obviously 8th!
😊all of the above
Best dealership in Pa
Do these for Toyota
Want it all but top of the list is fuel economy.
Turbo and direct injection engines are not my choice. Too costly to repair and overall more fragile setups. Good old MPI K24 is exactly what gets the job done and serves well for many miles. 8th Accord is what I choose.
honestly, gen 8 to 10 look to me very similar on the exterior.
🎉💪👏👏👏👏👏
