This Caitlyn's design is way better than in League, but that is expected of LoR. Just use this design in League already.
Probably because a lot of older champs have very outdated designs. Older champs tend to "embody archetypes rather than challenge them" as quoted by TB Skyen
they make every single character look tons better in this game, another reason to love it. it definitely has much more care and love put into it than league, that's for sure.

@@SeventhSolar I think it was in regards to her past? I saw a theory where she went insane after a gang break up with ekko, vi and others. Caitlyn being an officer prolly had plenty of interaction with her before and after.

Idk. Her voice is still the same. Her original quotes are just lame and even making her British didn't fix it
Better delivery on the lines, better voicelines in general. The voice might be a little deeper, but not by much anyway.

the uniform is very similar, But Camille's troups are probably personal, since she enforces her law over the Piltovian laws, and no one knows that she is actually doing that, what common people know is that she is the Head of the Most powerfull progess house in piltover, the Ferros house

@@altermann1991 My thought is that Jhin did something to sabotage Camille's clan so she proposed a joint effort. Camille does stuff on her own to take down the Chem Barons so it's probably not unheard of for them to work together. She might even fund the enforcers with synthetic hex crystals since they benefit the clans

I love those little "easter-eggs" and references to other cards, like we have a few Citria cards, another Cornin Veraza card, etc. Idk why, but it makes me really happy to see this, such a small things make game even better

I was expecting Senna today because i was asuming that after Yordle go champion with the same region (Poppy/Senna, Veigar/Sion). But it is even better because i was more curious about Caitlyn.
Veigar is from Noxus?
Senna will probably be from Shadow isles since she mechanic wise would fit them more. Lore wise too since apart from being Lucian's wife she is not part of demacia. If i were to guess her cards will show na expedition of the sentinel's to the Shadow SI

This art design for Caitlyn fits SO WELL. Extravagant purples and a tophat will never beat a sleep, black and golden police-like uniform fit for a steam-magic-punk city like piltover. PERFECT!

I mean in the trailer she did say "she is too far gone" so we have that. I think Arcane will shed more light on the interactions, we've seen a hint with Ekko's interactions as well with Jinx and Vi.
I love the design even tho I'm a little pissed that they made her a trap champion rather than what should be obvious : a sniper
I mean, in league her traps are her main damage source and her main gimmick, while the sniper feel is better suited for Jhin
No, they nailed it perfectly imo. Snipers make the perfect set up and kill their target in one shot, just like what the card does.
I like it that her Headshots are represented by her leveled up version, and the traps are indeed her main thing in LoL.
The sniper aspect is a little strange to place in LoR considering you can't exactly attack from far away or miss an attack (so having good aim isn't that fantastic).
I like that it combines with the investigators that were already in lor
@@Ahnm1406 actually I was expecting her lvl up to snipe a random unit in the enemy deck so that when they get drawn they have less hp whenever it gets triggered. But this is pretty good too now teemo has more deck paths
Considering that if Shaco, Kayn...and other champions that might interact with enemy decks or Nexuses (Shaco with His boxes, Kayn with his Ult ecc...)in LoR, they should Add a Champ that clean up our Decks, it would be Unfair in Competitive end up with XXX Mushrooms , XX Flashbangs.

I was hoping that this expasion will give us more trap cards because that was sad there was only one kind of a trap (mushroom).

The old Caitlyn design has a little bit of charm since it's been around so long, and looks like some steampunk circus/carnival outfit. BUT... wow, this redesign. A beret was such a smart choice for making her look like a formidable officer, plus the extra utility belts and such. NICELY done! Also, damn I love her voice lol
