I wonder if after the end of Piltover storyline in Arcane Riot would make Jhin their new protagonist. He, much like Jinx, is one of the few league champions whose story is relatively untold. Making him a relatable protagonist would be much harder though, dude is a maniac. They can still go Dexter route with him :)
I still remember back when I played League and Jhin came out. I had only seen bits of information on him, since I wanted to keep the mystery they built up with his teasers intact, so I had no idea to expect when the update came and I ended up just sitting in front of the log-in screen for like 5 minutes listening to the music and taking in his splash art.
0:03 there is 4 in the top left corner
0:16 there is 4 cards in player's hand
0:33 there is 4 attackers and 4 skills chain
1:04 the player has 4 mana left
2:24 there is 4 attackers, again
Jhin is the only champion that has stats unchanged by level up and stays at the perfect 4/4
On the 2:24 you can see jhin shooting 4 bullets to enemies and nexus :)

@@feriztiojanuarabdau3339 not to mention what his level up requirement is. 12+ fast and slow spells, and skills, with jhins signiture skill being for every 3 fast and slow spells cast, create a lotus trap. strange number, except 12 is 3x4, all of it is in preperation for the grand culmination of 4's with his improved form being a 4 cost that has 4 health and 4 attack that does 4 damage to all stunned targets and the nexus. jhin's obsession with 4 is powerful enough to have him build his very combo's in sequences of 4's.

The way the team kept the feel of Jhin while still making him unique to this game is impressive
But the new voice doesn't feel like jhin without Quinton Flynn's voice
but the voice.......it doesnt feel like jhin...seriously ths new muffled voice makes him look like more of a obsessed serial killer rather than a serial killer for art

I would love to see a movie or even a series with Jhin as the main character. He is so interesting and unique.
Which is why it's so frustrating that Riot treats him like a henchman only there to compliment Zed and Shen's stale bromance. Even his skins barely scratch the bare required minimum to sell to us hungry Jhin Slaves.
Having jhin as a main doesnt sound so good, the mystery from jhin would get wasted, i think it would be better if he was a villan or a side character(arcane level side character) with a big impact on the plot

For everyone who's new to Jhin. The number 4 is pretty significant for Jhin. He's also a serial killer that sees death as a form of art and beauty. I still remember years ago when he was released in League of Legends, it was epic.
He's also the reason why both Zed and Shen had PTSD through their teen and young adult years. And he almost killed Akali using her own weapons, shot Kayn in his arm, and drove Shen, Zed and their master to near insanity the first time they touched a flower(which was actually flesh carved in the image of a flower, specifically the Lotus).

Jhin maybe my favorite Champion but Pantheon has the best theme.
i remember being ecstatic when jhin had the most hyped champion release back in 2016 and now 6 years later jhin becomes the most hyped champion released in runeterra and i can still say the same damn thing
I'd pay for a DLC voice pack to get the original VA back in the game. Nothing against the one they used, but the original voice is just so good that it can't be replicated.

What I like about Jhin is the amount of combinations he has:
Swain - The most obvious one since Jhin can deal burn damage thus helping Swain lvl up and his ability can stun a unit with Swain's lvl 2 which is even better because Jhin's lvl 1 and lvl 2 abilities both damage stunned units so it's an incredible combination. And with the new support cards Noxus got Jhin would do an incredible job there.
Yasuo - Both champions work really well with stuns (one could argue Jhin does it better than Yasuo), and Jhin helps fixing one of Yasuo's biggest issues: the fact that Yasuo doesn't have good pairing which led to the statement about Yasuo decks that if you don't draw him you lose and that is mostly true. Jhin not only provides you with another win con he also can progress Yasuo's lvl up very easily.
Leona - Similar to Yasuo, Leona herself didn't have a good pair for the daybreak archetype, and with the fact Jhin can actually provide daybreak with an actual removal tool once you stun your opponent's units, and he synergises really well with Leona's ability once she levels up. So overall he helps patch up some of the problems daybreak has.
Karma - Karma can turbo lvl up Jhin once she reaches lvl 2, and with her ability and Jhin's ability you can stun a lot of your opponents blockers while also having a removal tool for them.
Kennen - Kennen's Mark of the Storm is really great for Jhin since it can pop Jhin's ability really quickly with a 0 cost fast speed spell. Also Jhin himself synergises well with Mark of the Storm since Jhin can help removing a target that was stunned by it.
I'm certain there are more but these are the main ones who come to mind.

Add Sivir to the list. 35+ damage will be so easy for her and then you get a Jhin with Spellshield and quick attack. Though lacking the skill/spell needs might be a bit rougher.
Irelia is a bit of a free stun whenever you cast Blade Dance. Just that haha.
Gnar maybe. With the free Pockey Sticks and the fact you can harm easily the Nexus.
Ziggs goes boom as well. But you will never level him up.
Some kind of Jhin GP or Jhin TF sounds strong. You get all the plunder payoffs from Bilgewater + cards like Doombeast, Boomcrew Rookie, and the new Captive Greyback. AND Riptide Rex is great for Jhin triggers.
Gp, Swain and Jhin deck?
He lv up need 12 slow or fasr spell so some one Like Victor or Ez could do quite the trick with him

i like that idea a lot, as this one feels distorted, theatric and intimidating while the other one feels more natural and composed

Hopefully they'll update a lot of visual effects. The "generic boom boom" has been boring for a long time.
Yeah, I really wish Xerath's effect would look like an actual zap while his lvl 3 should be an even bigger zap.

New voice has too many additional effects added to get it closer to original, which makes it very artificial.
The old one was more soothing and dramatic the new one is heavy and intimidating.

yeah, the new voice sounds weird. it doesn't sound like Jhin, it's a forced deep voice that sounds he's sick. it can never replace the feeling of the original. it was elegant, softly deep and smoky. this one really falls short.

VA was changed as the previous one was accused of pedophilia and sexual harassment, yet he already proved back in august that he was innocent. For some reason, Riot still won't hire him again, probably because of the whole thing, even though he is innocent

Jhin's theme always gives me chills with all of the "Gun" like sounds being played like instruments
Its a small thing, but I prefer reveals on standard PvP mode. I understand that PvE is more popular now, but with random items , relics and effects its a bit harder to understand what happens because of the cards and what because of effects.
Perfection
Not a fan of the new voice actor, the original had a much smoother voice and really elevated the feel that Jhin is supposed to give (a psychotic serial killer obsessed with beauty). Other than that, everything looks great!

so now champions are getting revealed in path of champions. they are really putting everything into the pve aspect now
