dudes....I am a christian and an author and a scientist. I used to write science fiction, mystery and now I write crime novels (with an end times twist for my detective), and as a writer, I know that L. Ron Hubbard was a really BAD science fiction writer. They based their beliefs on a ficticous species from one of his books. It is insane. Their little audit meters they use??? I think having ulimited money and fame actually makes you clinically insane.
Ray would you please make a video about Peter Ruckman's cult? I lost my husband for them and he divided his own family with wrong teachings that he got from this cult.

I remember scientology guys setting up a stand in the mall with that book and DVDs (funny how they never hand that stuff out for free lol)... anyways I had some great conversations with them time to time and do believe the Father has planted a seed in them those many moons ago. You are being convicted of your sin. The Holy Spirit is drawing you to the Cross, and blood of Jesus Christ. Please don't ignore it. Repent, ask for forgiveness, and receive Jesus as Lord, and Savior. He did pay for your sin, because He loves you, and wants a personal relationship with you.
Read the a book of John in your BIBLE, then Matthew, Mark, Luke, etc....
I pray you've already come to Christ, but if not don't wait another day. He doesn't promise us a tomorrow.

If God talks to you, and perhaps they saw angels as well, they weren't shocked and in disbelief. What is a snake compared to angels and God? They were not raised in a world that didn't believe in God, nor were they acquainted with lies and doubt until the devil approached them through the serpent. They had no reason not to trust their surroundings - they had no even seen death, or experienced suffering. The world was very different, when they were in it -- until they sinned. I wonder what the shock was like, to go from perfection to an accursed earth, perhaps that was the most shocking.

Scientology is very practical in explaining man's aberration.they use a method that a simple human being can easily understand whereas Christianity seem to explain things most of the time in a spiritual / mystic way - reason why a normal person would not be able to grasp the biblical information that easily.
Our God is a God of order, thats why it is important for the servants of God to be equip with proper homiletical approach in delivering the Gospel of Christ.

Identifying the correct message of the Biblical TEXT is important and delivering it to the peoples is another thing. most of the time, the Substance is right but administration is wrong- then confusion occurs.
But does this mean that we christians shouldn't believe in the boarder that on the outside is metaphysics, moral, politics, meaning. And on the inside, science, stuff that can be explained by cause.

To suggest that I mean to say impotent would be completely contradictory. I have used the word omnipotent which means unlimited power. Why would anyone ever use impotent to describe a God? Perhaps you should have just looked up the word omnipotent?

Just because something exists doesn't mean it should have a creator. The universe isn't called creation. If it was that would denote a creator. The universe, as well as life on Earth, came about through natural laws of physics and biology. Even if 'creation' needed a 'creator', how does that justify belief in Christianity? What if I said that creation must have a creator, therefore Allah or even Zeus exists.
Do you feel the love of Allah? He is very patient and graceful and he gave everyone a choice, don't you know.
If God is omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent, why is it that miracles only happened in the Middle East 2000 years ago? Surely an omniscient God would know that revealing himself to tribesman 2000 years ago is not the most effective way to spread Christianity. Furthermore, why would any sort of omniscient and omnipotent God rely on text to prove himself? If I was God and wanted humanity to believe me, I would probably manifest myself in a smarter way.

In the fictional story of the Holy Bible, God created Satan, knowing well what would happen, and what he'd do to humanity. Thus God is the spawner of Evil, and the father of damnation. Harry Potter is a good book too... Apparently the snakes talked in it as well.
True Heart You're referring to a creation era before sin entered where things were a lot different than they are now..I've lived in houses that were obnoxiously haunted and have seen things I never would have believed existed. Talking snakes? Maybe..the devil takes on many faces..I'm not surprised he could speak through a snake at all. It's no harder to believe that, than it is to believe some simple cell went from something, that could only exist in an invisible world, to evolving everything (lungs, blood, heart, kidneys, liver, bones, immune system, blood clotting factors, eyes; that can dream, love, think and reason) pretty much at once (because one thing not existing without the other would mean certain death in its fragility) to walk the earth. It's even more amazing that, not only did this simple cell evolve over "millions of years" in an atmosphere that was consistent with formaldehyde and cyanide, but nature planned for its mate and every other accident's mate to procreate after this miraculous "accident". Wow. Talking snake? I'm taking it. My advice to you, if you don't believe the devil could do something like that, is to go visit a place that is rumored to be plagued with something similar to him..and then see if you can hang there by yourself for a night without anyone accompanying you. Make sure you really egg them on.. There's nothing to worry about according to you anyway. If you can get through an entire night without wondering if there's something to this devil thing, you're gonna be in for a huge shock when the time comes to face him for real. Tag along to an exorcism sometime..he can also parrot through humans in multiple languages unbeknownst to the host...I'll stick to just trusting it happened..it's not so hard to believe when you see how he's made smart people like you trust this other lie. Look around you..open your eyes!!

I feel really sorry for the deluded (or seriously misinformed), person who wrote this post. Why God temporarily allows evil to exist and how and why evil in Lucifer (and in this world), has been accurately and satisfactorily addressed by a large number of clear thinkers and writers over the past two thousand years! And so, you might want to open your mind and really apply it (and your honest critical thinking) to this topic and to these important questions.
