Partizan That was a long time after this match and a wrong decision.It could not be proved that Köllerer did matchfixing.Some players witnessed against Köllerer with arguments that were not evidence-based.
2 of the players were even rejected as witnesses cuz their statements were condemned as untrustworthy.
Köllerer was a complete idiot on the court.Disrespectful to his opponents ,the umpires and even the ballkids.
Thats the main reason why he was banned for life and was mocked by Hernandez in this match.
Köllerer isn't even allowed to play small national tournaments or to work as a tenniscoach just because of a conviction that is based only on assumptions which is so even written in the verdict.
Daniel Köllerer deserved his very bad reputation because of his out of this world behaviour on the tennis courts,but not the live ban from his sport based on unproven accusations.
