Nadal doesn't receive enough credit for his fast and accurate reflexes. He knows how to volley and he knows how to turn someone else's winner into his how winning shot. People think he is only a clay court player but we know better. Nadal Is My Champion!
He always gets the credit that is why he is considered as a living legend, he is an all courter the amazing thing is that he has dominated clay like no one has ever dominated any surface, his achievements on clay are just out of anyone's imagination, that is why people who don't understand tennis calls him a clay courter. Just ignore those people who have opinion even though they never held a tennis racquet :-)
@@Mlasse954 a lot of people, but social media likes to standardize ideas and thoughts. For instance, how many videos have you seen on youtube, even from Tennis TV with a title stating that Nalbandian, Wawrinka, and countless other players for being underrated? Many many videos have that title. I don't blame them for putting out videos with those titles to get views, but no way are any of those players are underrated. Andy Roo God's self anointed chosen race would never give credit to the Great Rafael Nadal...because they do not consider Spaniards white . He’s so good that he even apologises to his opponents when he hit a great shots, so humble! Goat or not, for me he’s the best who ever hold a tennis racket
Imagine thinking “This ball is going too deep…”. Then, pretty much within milliseconds coordinate the body for a backhand slice swing volley. What it must feel like to be that good…
That stab-volley in no man’s land at the end and the first get were uuuff! The point against Roger in 5th set of Wimby 2008 was a wake up call that he wasn’t “done” yet!!!😲
My man, it is great to see you back again. I know exactly which content creator you are, because of the lit outro! 😁 Great to see these vids again, keep it up! Nadal soon Mubadala, cannot wait! (Pls Nadal dont withdraw)
The all three are the best! Novak had the most easy way as he knew their weaknesses simply watching previous matches and because he has the game to match. But Roger showed what it’s like to come and play at 38 yrs age and still give a tough fight like Wimbledon 19. Even Novak would agree that he does not want to play that match again. Roger was playing like a 25 yrs old.
Actually, Nadal can produce a good result in any court surface but many recognise him only on clay. He could get GS champion outside Paris 8/21. I don't know why haters still comment he is only be a clay specialist.
His 8 non-clay majors is equal to the total majors won by Agassi, Lendl, Connors individually. And more than the total of many others such as JohnnyMac. Mind-boggling sometimes for someone who is a 'clay-courter'.
Xq lo celos hacen q no vean más allá del gran jugador q tienen delante i d lo q consigue con su juego insuperable, és un gran CAMPEÓN!! N cualquiér superficie, VIVA NADAL!! 🎾💪💪💪🥇🇪🇦💓
The amount of risks that Nadal incurred in these highlights. Anyone who understands basic tennis should be able to see that Nadal does indeed take quite some risks. That point against Agassi, I was like - stop hitting yourself out of position Rafa! He sure was lucky to win that point. Lol
He has elite court movement, 90% of those balls he chases down but I 100% agree it was terrible for the longevity of his career but also wildly entertaining. That being said as a pretty big fan I can recall countless times he’s hit a ball inside in on the forehand just to get countered by an on the rise winner cross court.
@@ldeue4837 That is the risk with it but it more than pays dividends. No one is able to handle it consistently. If rafa is able to get into position for the inside out FH he's in control of the rally and has probably won the point.
Don't let a Serbian hear you say that. They will return with the ugliest, vitriolic words that you could ever imagine. None the less, I do agree with you.
All the Big three are simply superb. Rafa & Djoko are heading neck to neck and Fed is still cut above them as he showed the way to the others. Apart from this he still possesses maximum titles to his credit till this date.

No one expected?? It's 2022 for the past 15 years we know to expect the unexpected from Rafa every match.

Nadal is so humble apologising to opponents when he hits a good shot. What a player and a champion he is.
👌👌👍
Can’t stop watching Rafa playing. True champion!

Congratulations for this great video The King's Game. Great shot selection !
The one and only one handed backhand that you will see of Nadal 1:26
Wow youre right. Thats the first time ive seen it now from him.
The ball sound at 5:23 is the crispiest and the most satisfying I have ever heard in my life.
My goat 🐐 forever RAFA NADAL 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
Rafa is the best 🔥❤️
These are actually the expected shots from nadal 🥰😉
Best one who use a shot angle and the reverse moving.
And to think, it’s so many that’s still missing!! He had a few around the net ones that were superb !!
rafa hand is so underated
In the morons world perhaps !

that's what it means to be a "clutch player" - the best ever.
absolutely OBSESSED with how this man just wills himself into winning points games sets matches tournaments he has absolutely no business winning
It's no wonder he looks so disappointed when he does lose, knowing he has shots like these in his arsenal.

It's shots like this that let you know that his very best is better than the very best of either Federer or Djokovic.

There's a few in there that Nadal himself didn't expect!

The best match will be between Nadal vs Nadal. The question is will it ever end?

I can’t watch. Every time I see what he can do I can’t even claim to be a tennis player myself.
