Hell, his range is D2 to C7. Thats super low to super high if you don't know much about music. Bet you couldn't do that.

I don't mean to be rude or demeaning in any way but he is most definitely NOT out of tune, he is harmonizing. The entire chorus of the song, Dallon is singing a minor third above the melody that Brendon is singing. Singing a minor third above the melody in songs with a minor key signature such as this one (or a major third in songs with a major key signature) is an extremely common musical technique, and adds the third of the chord into what would normally be just the root of the chord. I guarantee that if you listen to just about any rock song, you can hear harmonies either in background vocals or just in the instruments themselves. Harmonizing, especially with adding a third above the melody, makes the music much more interesting to listen to! :)

But anyway, Brendon's presence looks majestic af again, and the whole band is just incredible. Ah, I can't get enough.
I love how every instrument is level with another. You can clearly hear Dallon's bass, the lead guitar, Brendon's keyboard is nice and clear, Spencer's drums are not blurred or drowned out and the harmonies are the same volume as the lead vocals. I love panic, especially for their harmonies. Hearing them at the same volume makes everything sound so much BIGGER and lets you appreciate even more just how hard they work and how much effort they put into producing their music. I love it.
That's common practice. Makes the tuning as consistent as possible throughout the entire song if you give it a quick tune during a section you don't play in.

Not necessarily. The other guys mic sounds isn't louder, he is just singing a higher harmony and higher also tends to be more audible to the human ear. That is why in choirs they try to have more basses than tenors (example). They have to balance the sound.
