I find it interesting how the door safety sensors disable if this is on since they dont know the difference between flames/smoke and a human being

I don't think anything like that exists on any lift in Ireland. Mainly it's floors, alarm and a phone. That's very cleverly designed
Would that go into that mode automatically if the fire alarm went off or would the fire brigade have to do it manually

Hi, if I wanted to do this on some elevators somewhere, who exactly what I need permission from? The person at the front desk, the fire department? I don’t know, but I would like to try it one day.
