In 1968 I lived in Bangkok and was 12, we had a Thai friend who made some amazing food for us. Among these foods was some little meat sandwiches she fried as party finger foods..I wish I knew what they were. I know she dipped them in eggs before frying. She made Massaman curry and we had a coconut tree to made our own coconut milk for it.
